I am only giving them a 3 star because my family and myself had a bad first time experience here. There was a group of 7 of us, taking my husband out for his birthday. It was a little packed. But after getting in through the crowd I was standing at the front counter their was about 5 employees there and not one of them said Hi or welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, instead i got blink looks like they didnt know what to do. I then asked a guy who was sitting down how does this work... do i let you know how many is in my party? He said okay so I told him 7 of us and the last name is Wilson if you need that. He then said oh ya i do and he then wrote it on a note pad and then my 9 year old grand daughter asked him if we needed one of those pager things because she noticed other people waiting had those too. So he gave it to us and I then had to ask him how long will it be before we get a table, he said about 15 to 20 minutes, I said okay that is alright we can wait. So then after 20 minutes our pager went off and our group went back to the front counter we handed the pager to the same guy sitting there. Then another girl came over and said how many is in your group and I told her 7 and she said oh sorry it says 2 on the note pad. So we had to wait about 10 minutes longer. We finally got a table it was outside. Underneath our table was a bit dirty so we had flies around us and the sun was blinding us. The waitress was not very friendly and was a little rushy. Our food took awhile to get and I ordered honey BBQ bone out wings and I got bourbon BBQ wings. My husband ordered mild bone out wings and he asked me to try one it was very salty tasting. We decided not to say anything because it already took so long from the time we walked in the door til the time we actually got our food. So our overall first experience at Buffalo wild wings was not good ... we might not be returning back any time soon and we thought it was a bit pricey.

We ordered food they read back our order multiple times to make sure they were right, which was great. (The order was wings, two sandwiches one without onions, fries, and a salad.) Get the Food, wings didnt have sauce, the fries were limp and partially frozen, salad didnt come with dressing (which wasnt that big of deal except that the guy on the phone had told someone to make sure their was dressing) and the one sandwich still had onions. It was not worth what we paid

We placed an online order for over $70 of food, meant to feed 5 people. One order was incorrect, only one out of the 5 orders included the requested celery sticks (one celery stick had soil on it still, suggesting their produce wasnt well washed), and this was after waiting an additional 15 minutes past the "ready" time. I think the management should encourage higher standards of service among their staff.

This place is average at best. Servers sought us out of the restaurant asap, and why? Because of the lack of pants? Because two of us inclined to use only 1 stool? I mean they act like theyve never seen young love between a 54yo and 39yo before. Thats quite alright. Ill head over to Chadwick, IL where Buffalo Domesticated Wings is always welcoming.

The place was neat but the menu was horrible I love there spinach artichoke dip and that wasnt on the menu there was only 3 or 4 burgers on the menu and on the drink menu there is a turkey burger that you cant order because they dont have it my husband never got his food all he got was cheese curds

Every time we come here we get slow service. People that ordered before us are already to leave and we havent even gotten out food. Our server DEB didnt even acknowledge our empty drinks while waiting on tables around us.

There are always a ton of staff there, which would be nice if they actually waited on you instead of crowding around the register. Other than feeling unnoticed while we were there, the food was good.

We always loved to go to Bdubs in Kissimmee FL. This was our first time in Clinton Iowa. Its been packed each time weve tried. Our meal was fantastic and Lauren was a great waitress.
