This review pertains to dine in only. Id only worry about this location if youre going to pick up your order. Every time Ive been there, Ive had terrible service. I always give them another chance because maybe a server is just having a bad day, it happens. No....the 5 times Ive been there Ive never once had good service. My last straw was when a friend and I went there for lunch. They were NOT busy. (We timed the following) 10 minutes before our even came to our table to get our drinks. We ordered cheese fries while we waited for our wings. 20 minutes we got the fries, not even hot, just luke warm. Finish the entire basket of fries, still waiting on our wings...order was placed at the same time as fries. 40 minutes go by, no refills, no wings. 45 minutes she finally asks if we want a refill. Sure..how about our food too? Thatd be cool. "Oh let me go check on that". Comes out with our food....not even hot. I order to pick up all the time from work, never a bad experience there. I just refuse to ever dine in there again.

First & last time at the Monona location. Very disappointing when compared to the Madison East establishment. Im an avid BDubs fan, managing to fit going to the Madison East location whenever I have an open lunch. Decided to go order wings to go at the Monona location while in the nearby shop. While the order was prepared on time, the wings were of atrocious quality. Opening the boxes, I found a lack of sauce covering any of 4 types of wings (20 total wings in my order). I wouldnt be able differentiate them had the boxes not had the usual labels. I returned 5 min after my pickup to inquire about my extreme dissatisfaction, only to be told to leave for "complaining at the takeout counter over nothing". Never had I experienced such an appalling day at Bdubs. Unsavory and practically sauceless wings along with the appalling customer service guarantee that Bdubs so no longer my one shot stop for lunch.

The food there is good but it is the worst service at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. I went with a friend at a non-busy time (the place was mostly empty) and yet we waited over 45 minutes to get our food. We told the waitress it had been that long and she told us that the cooks "dropped the wings in the fryer and then forgot about them" and assured us it would be a minute and a half longer. Meanwhile she was spending all of her energy flirting with the guys at the table next to us. After 5 minutes, we were about to leave but saw her coming with a tray of food, and I said, "well, here she is." But instead it was the wings for the table who came 10 minutes after us. We ended up leaving.

For the last 5 times Ive ordered pick up my order had an issue . Last time I was told 20-25 min. for it to be ready and it took 45 min. I found out they had made it all bonelss instead of traditional and had to start from scratch. What irratated me the most is I was informed by a waitress ( not a manager , who by the way looked lost at the time ) and given a $5 off coupon with my food and on her way she went. Looked in my order and they had not put in the blue cheese. Word to the wise . Dont pay till your food is in hand and double check it every time .

Not the place to watch an event. Almost dead and we could not hear a pay per view due to a low grade sound system only half connected, could not enjoy the pay per view due to multiple screens with bad coloring, could not watch the pay per view due to the server asking 3 times per fight how we were doing when she knew we were there to watch the fights, not listen to her annoying squeal of a voice. Will not be back and will not recommend to others. This place is dead for a reason.

Either they dont get all the nfl games or staff are not knowledgeable enough to turn on less popular games. When I got to a bar with a bunch of teenie bopper waitresses with ref outfits on, I assume they would be able to play any nfl game I would want to watch. Lame experience and the carryout wings Ive ordered in the past had no sauce on them...overall very unimpressed.

A few of us from the office went here to get a quick lunch- it was a bad choice. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food after we ordered it. Waitress seemed to not care. Anyway, I would not recommend it for lunch as it takes far too long. Food was standard Bdubs, although my fries came out cold.

I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings! and everytime we come in we request the same waitress(Ashley G) because she always gives us excellent service. The food is great and I always try to pick something different because there is so much to choose from!

This is a pretty mediocre Buffalo Wild Wings. The service, whether in the dining room or the bar, is pretty iffy. They do ok, but only just. For food thats basically the same base piece of chicken covered in a sauce, orders take surprisingly long.

Its a BWW so you know the kind of food, the waitstaff was very attentive so that is my endorsement. They have a couple Wisconsin beers on tap which is also nice Be sure to call ahead for big groups though, the takes are all pretty small.

They are always nice to kids, I like coming on the discount days, they kinda nickle and dime you with carrots and dressing, but it comes out OK. They are open late, but quality is sometimes not as good later in the evening.

I had to wait forty five minutes for a dry burger . My daughter got chicken strips but they were slimy and disgusting. When YOU go to Buffalo Wild Wings, just get the wings. Its there specialty, do NOT get the burgers.

Food was good, did not care for the service. Was Sat and took 5 minutes to get waited on .. Was not busy at all, had to call a waitress over to take our order.... Waitress seemed like she didnt like her job.

Service was awful. It took 10 minutes to get a soda and a water, 15 for the waitress to swipe our card, and it was a calm evening. Came a few days ago and will not be returning.

Amazing wings and great ambience! Its a sport bar, lots of displays are showing up various sport. Best wings available in Madison! Tuesday have half price traditional!

Mostly good. Can be inconsistent with quality. Sometimes the wings are drowning in sauce, other times almost none. Service is always fantastic! We go here often.
