If I could give this store no stars that would be exactly what I would do. I called ahead when Wing Stop opens, and placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday. My pick up time was for 5:15pm. I got there at 5pm, and had to wait in line until 5:17pm. I did expect that to happen. You would think that my wings would be ready when I got there. The exact opposite. The people working were so unorganized. Some did not know whether they should take an order, or to help prepare an order. Then there was a girl working, and I am not sure what her role was, but she was not wearing the traditional "Wing Stop" shirt, she was in a tank top, and looked like she was going to work out. I had to ask on several occasions what was going on with my order. I really got annoyed when it was 5:45, and I still did not get my order. There were several people coming back into Wing Stop because their order was incorrect. Another couple who came close to 20 minutes after me received their order before me. I could clearly see on their ticket that their pick up time was for 5:30. When I said something about that, some disrespectful fry cook in the back came up front, and started yelling at me. Saying if I do not like it I can get my money back and leave. I ended up walking out with my order close to 5:55pm. I might as well had the rest of my family come meet me at Wing Stop to watch the Super Bowl the rate that they were going. Then to add insult to injury, the fries were not completely fried, and were soggy. Our garlic parmesan wings did not have any taste to them, nor was there any seasoning on them. They were basically fried with oil drenched on them. This Wing Stop acted in poor taste, and the food was horrible. Do not waste your time going here at all!

Its obvious the "positive" reviews must have been employees or friends of them. Went here this afternoon and was blown away at how one play could do so many different things wrong. Ordered a ten piece. During my wait, 35 minutes after ordering, there was an employee pacing between the tables swinging his apron around. Which was extremely awkward. When given my boneless wings, each of which smaller than a chicken nugget and partially covered in sauce, I was told I needed to pay extra if I wanted blue cheese or ranch. They dont include a single one and dont inform you until after youve paid and waited! I then went to grab a fork, only knives and spoons available. I asked for one and was told they didnt have any forks. Well, guess it was a good thing the dried out, mostly batter, deep fryer chunks only had a speckling of sauce otherwise Id have to worry about getting my hands dirty. Save your money, time and, frustration and buy chicken nuggets from the Wendys next door.

I was very excited to try this as I love wings and the menu looked fantastic. Ugh, wish I kept my $10. Ordered the 10 pcs boneless 2 flavor, Honey BBQ and Teriyaki. No discernible difference in taste between the two, different colors of sauces they are sitting in but that is about it. For $1 each you can get a cup of ranch or blue cheese, never had to pay extra for a cup of sauce for wings. No side of carrot or celery as you normally get anyplace else. If you are looking for boneless chicken drenched in some sauce dumped in paper and a Styrofoam container this is your place. If you want good tasty wings go elsewhere.

I have been to this location 3 times and have enjoyed it each occasion. You get a great value compared to other places.. love that the wings are covered in sauce, other places skimp on food and half the time are dry like they have been sitting for hours (Buffalo Wild Wings) They have awesome fries, good selection of sauces, plenty of other sides to go along with your chicken wings. Is a great place to grab your buddies and go pig out for lunch or watch a Hawks game. I always get the 10 boneless combo meal. Gives you 10 wings, a good sized basket of fresh cut fries and a drink for around $11.

We ordered a 40 piece wing combo for pick-up online & we (group of four) decided to sit in the store instead. The employees were nice and cooperative. I noticed we were the only group of people there & since we came to Wingstop to watch a soccer game, one of the employees were nice enough to change all the tvs to the soccer game! I find that is an awesome customer experience. The food was great, the employees were nice & friendly, and we all had a great time! Definitely will come in and eat!!

Bad customer service especially on the phone messed up my order 3 times only been there 3 times give me super hot wings when I asked for my old and try to explain to me miles comes from the hot sauce and thats what they use for the mild which doesnt even make sense didnt even take care of my needs and complain two out of the three times Never Satisfied complains person at the register was wearing flip-flops with no socks not up to par with food standards would never ever recommend this place

We ordered take out from here for the first time and were very impressed. We ordered mild wings and the Cajun wings. They were delicious! If you love wings, give this place a shot. The girl, Carolina who took my order was very nice on the phone which is a plus and the order was ready when they said it would be. I usually order from Buffalo Wild wings and I always end up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes for my food to be ready. We will definitely be back

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They got the order wrong and then when I called to complain the manager said there was nothing she could do cause they got the order right... are you kidding me???! I told her I wanted a refund or go back and exchange for the right order, which I shouldnt have had to do in the first place and she said NO. HORRIFIC SERVICE. AND IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN.

Very good wings for all levels of spice. Ive had the Cajun and medium and both have great flavor. They are made to order so you know theyre not sitting around. The fries are made fresh daily and can be had in two different ways (traditional with their own seasoning or Cajun style). Service is great as well. Ive been there many times now and have never been disappointed.

This location is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went into this location and ordered boneless wings. The workers that are preparing the food dont wear gloves while cooking or touching your food, the cashier was out of uniform and looked like he hated his life. Completely unsanitary. For 2 days after eating from this location my husband and I were sick. Never again.

ALthough the guy working there was nice and efficient, I did not like the fact I couldnt find salt or pepper, there werent real napkins, just a roll of sandpaper to wipe my red face off on , and no trash cans! I overpaid for 6 shriveled pigeon wings and lackluster potato salad. Atmosphere was a place but I went there for the food... which at best was 1 star of five.
