I was so excited when I found out Noodles and Company was coming to Lake Geneva. I have eaten there approximately 15 times since they opened (which was about 3 months ago.) Twice now the restaurant has been absolutely dirty and the food awful along with the attitude of the employees. Both times we have experienced this it has been after 8pm at night. Appears that the night crew would rather go home than make your experience an enjoyable one.

Not the place to go on a Friday night! Super busy/crowded which I can handle, however, it might have been prevented if dishes had been cleared. Stacks of dishes on empty tables (taking up seating). Unfortunately the alfredo sauce was more like milk. Not great for a first impression but am willing to give them another go sometime... at a different day/time.

Great little noodle joint. The stroganoff and korean bowls are really tasty. I also like their potstickers. They are usually pretty busy so I get that things can get a little disheveled, but keeping up on front of the house cleanliness is important also. I am not as critical as some, but I can see some improvements in that area.

Dont waste your time go to next closest one it will be faster drive and get food there than waiting here and of course when i brought it to their attention absolutely nothing other than it will be out soon never will i ever set foot there again ......... qdoba tell noodles thanks cuz i will only go to that spot for your food

This place is going down hill fast. Noodles are dry, they dont pay attention, forget parts of order or completely forget to charge you and then blame the customer. Not going there again anytime soon

The possibilities are endless here! There is always something new to try, and the combinations are diverse. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is open. Definitely going to be coming back!

Very good management and the kitchen was super quick even with a packed place. Happy that a resturant finally came to Lake Geneva to feed my carb addiction. Cant wait to visit often. (:

Rude staff. Mislabeled signs for pickup. Stay in line to pick up preordered food that is ready. Extremely disorganized and short staff with every visit. Will not be using again.
