I placed an order online for rapid pick up. When I got to the drive thru ten minutes later, my food was ready as expected. At the window, a very polite gal said they are out of soft rolls so she gave me an extra spring grain roll and an extra baguette. I said "no worries, thanks" and drove home with my order. As soon as I opened my bag at home, I realized they had forgotten the bread bowls(3) for our soups. So I call. Im promptly connected with a very apologetic manager. Not only did she bring me my bread bowls, as in drive them to my house ten minutes away, she also brought me fresh hot soups and chips. On top of that,she also brought us an entire cherry apple cheese kringle looking thing(absolutely delicious). The staff at this Panera are one of the main reasons I will continue to frequent this deli/bakery. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unrivaled in Delavans fast food ring. Not to mention the consistency and quality of their foods are top notch! Thank you Panera of Delavan for NOT being "just another" franchise food chain!

They sell 3 things at this restaurant soup, bread, and sandwiches. I would expect that each and every time I go there they have all of those things. Last night I was there and they ran out of bread bowls. Again, you only serve soup, bread and sandwiches. I also cant remember the last time I was at this particular location and they got everyones order correct. They messed up someones order in my group, I didnt get a bread bowl like I wanted, and the people behind me, their order got messed up as well I overheard.

Stopped in for lunch on March 22nd, my Moms birthday. After seeing that the bread on her sandwich was burnt, the shift supervisor, Debbie, graciously re-ordered the sandwich for her...and brought her a cupcake for her birthday at no charge! This is our favorite Panera location for the consistently fast and courteous service of ALL their employees, from register crew, order makers, and cleaning staff! Keep up the good work!

My caramel latte didnt have any taste of caramel in it, everything was way expensive and my steak and white cheddar panini had a bunch of other junk on it that wasnt on it last time, and wasnt listed on the menu. I spent $10 on a sandwich that I have to throw in the trash because it has unnecessary things added.

Great food. Most of the time great service. I was in the drive thru and asked if they had red velvet pastries. I got a " i dont believe so..i dont think we do" so i asked to go check then the manager jumped in and reassured that they did not. Its not hard to go check. You wear a headset for that reason!

Clean and generally not too busy except for sometimes on weekends. My favorite feature of this Panera Bread is the double-sided fireplace that is usually lit in the winter. Its nice to come in and eat by the fire when it is cold out.

I love panera but it is very overpriced. Also everytime I go theyre out of something. The past 3 times I went, they were out of something. Sprouted grain bagels, spinach and turkey sausage. Very irritating.
