I live close to FDL and was happy that panda was coming to FDL , I work in Appleton close to panda on west college. There is no comparison, the one in Appleton will always have their entrees and sides ready, FDL they always seem to run out and not have replacements ready. FDL portion size is terrible compared to Appleton, I can barely finish a plate with two sides in Appleton, where as in FDL three sides are smaller than appletons two sides. I am done trying to get the premium side that costs an extra 1.25 $ in FDL I thought I was paying that extra 1.25$ to get a portion size comparable to the standard size , not half the normal size. On the positive side it NORMALLY tastes good.

Overpriced mediocre food that is never ready and there is always something I order that they are out of. Today no lo mein. Had to wait because they were out of everything I attempted to order. The vegetables in the dishes were stringy and hard. The customer service is good and they always apologize that they dont have anything. I keep going back about once every three months to see if there is any improvement, but there never is!

Was very disappointed tonight, half the entrees were empty, was gonna take 5-10 minutes, before ones I wanted were done, so I had to choose something else, cuz I was not gonna wait that long.. stuff I did choose, I wanted teriyaki sauce with, but had to wait for that, cuz wasnt even started yet, and took almost 20 minutes for that to come out, by that time, my food was cold.. didnt even eat it.. left very upset

Pissed off im 6 months pregnant go through the drive thru wait like 15 minutes all so my order is screwed up did not check it and got home and was starving after parent teacher conferences that I had prior and didnt even get sauce on my teriyaki chicken and on top of that ordered Beijing beef and got orange chicken Im beyond pissed off!!!!!!!!!! Im pregnant tired and hungry!!!! Ill never be going back again!

Tonights visit was absolutely the WORST service and food i have ever recieved, and i visit about once a week. We barely have any food in our take out containers and the only thing that isnt rock hard or looks like its been there for 3 hours was the stuff i had to wait 15 minutes for after she told me it would only be a couple of minute wait. Really displeased tonight!!

This Panda is definitely hit or miss. Ive had my orders screwed up multiple times, excessive wait times, sub par food. But then Ive also had the exact opposite and had a good experience. As a side note, I consistently get less food in the drive thru vs going inside. This location is not very impressive, but not horrible

Twice now weve had to wait almost 30 minutes to get food because they dont have anything ready. Dont plan on coming to this place during lunch because you wont have time to eat by the time you actually get your food!

Stopped here the first time I visited a Panda Express. Clerk taking my order at the window was patient and explained things to me wonderfully. I was quite surprised at the patient help and excellent food.
