1st visit, Wonderful food and management, will be back! 2nd visit, was not so great, now just let me preface this with i do love Boston Market, and i pay the little bit more to have people who are properly trained in food handling and cross contamination, the 2 girl working the front were kinda ditzy and the girl making my plate was all over the front line. Ed get off the carve station and manage that, u should not be behind lines, i think you may be too nice and not wanting to fire anyone. You need to be expedite and keep youre eye on front of house, my first experience was great, this one with the missing food, server handling everything on the front line and then handle my food with no gloves or wash between is just amature. Please tighten up bro.

This place used to be so good, service and all. Now, its definitely gone down in quality. I went in to order four meals to-go. First of all, the employees wore no hair nets and really dirty aprons? It made me feel disgusted that they were making my food. They also had no clue how to talk to the customers. I had three different people putting my order together, so no one knew what was what and it took literally 15 minutes to figure out four meals. The manager was there and just stood around watching his employees struggle. It was the most awkward food experience Ive ever had and I will never go back to this location.

I love Boston Market, and this location was the first one I went to. Beyond excellent customer service. The lady who took my order didnt get frustrated even though it took awhile for us to decide what we wanted. Once we knew what we wanted they had it ready within 5 minutes. My food was fresh and cooked well. Its because of this location every time we are in a city with Boston Market I want to stop there for my lunch or dinner. We will continue stopping by if we are in the area or are passing through the area. Excellent customer service with awesome food.

There are better places to eat. As a kid, I used to come here all the time with my mom and siblings. It WAS my favorite. They had great managers and employees. However, in recent years it has become too expensive for what it is and the facility does appear very clean. Best thing on their menu are the sweet potatoes.

Love Boston market, but this experience was sub par. No silverware, has to ask for it,got through about 1/2 my turkey dinner only to find it raw in the center. No discount was offered. By that time i clearly didnt want a replacement. Just flag i didnt get e. Coli or something

So my husband brought chicken home for me cause I work two jobs and thought this would be a healthy choice for dinner, however it was raw chicken! We tried to call but you cant. We went back to the store and let them know the chicken was raw. They said sorry!

Fast food that is healthy and tasty is hard to find. Staff was great, even gave my daughter an extra piece of corn bread cos she asked politely.
