okay not sure where to start with this experience but it will not stop here as I plan to also go to corporate office. My husband and I were traveling thru , and stopped grabbed a hotel room and decided to eat over at TGIF, well service seemed okay , altho the food we found to be way below par , as we have visitied many TGIF over many states , food was bland and poorly prepared. Actually it was bad enough for me to take a portion of my plate to a to go plate for my cat, okay he will eat anything. ;) It was near closing they were pacing the floors for us to leave, so we were rushed to get out of the door. Although we thought it was odd there was a party going on at the bar. We were not out of the door and not even two min out of the place, and I realized I my overpriced plate of food I had in the to go container was forgotten on the table, well can you believe the door was locked and they actually sent a patron to the door who had to much to drink to tend to another paying customer. I explained to the patron I had left the box on the table we were not out of the door even 2 min. He replied he would see what he could do, and quickly returned to the door to let me know it was too bad they threw my over priced plate of food in the garbage. Well I was nice and I said you know I did pay for the food, so maybe they could just fix a small portion back to a to go container to replace it. He told me that may be doable , now keep in mind the managment saw fit to not attend his customer but to continuosly send a drunk customer who was still inside partying with other employees to the door to talk to me. The last time he told me he would return he never did, basically leaving me standing at the door while they continued their party inside. Is this really what TGIF intends for its patrons? I think not , most TGIFs that I have attended are more than worthy of a an excellent review. Not to mention we paid over 40 bux for dinner and left a nice tip to the server to be ignored. This does not stop here - on to corporate I go. Please dont waste your time here and if you do , beware. Are they even suppose to be serving alcohol after midnight on Sundays in Paducah? Not sure maybe so maybe not.

Im not one to leave reviews but... We ate here last night and it was horrible. Ive been in the hospitality business for 20 plus years and Ive even opened a TGIF in SC. We were taken to a table in the bar area, first thing we see was 2 people so drunk they couldnt hold their heads up. I know from experience that chain restaurants have drink minimums bc of liability issues. Second thing was our waiter was so disinterested in being there that he barely spoke to us, offered us nothing, no up selling what so ever, and rushed us to pay. The table beside us had an even worse experience and where was the manager??? She was flirting with a customer at the bar the entire time we were there. I asked to speak with the manager before we left and I encountered a young lady who had been drinking and who quite clearly wasnt concerned about the treatment of guests. I asked who the gm was and they couldnt remember his last name! We will never go back to a Fridays again! I used to love this company bc it was guest centered, something has been lost in translation and its sad.

I HAD to give one star, although if given the opportunity, it would have been 0 stars. On a long trip from Missouri to northern WV, my husband and I, both senior citizens, stopped in for lunch at about 1:30 on June 22, 2014. We were seated and our server did not come around for about 10-15 min to take our drink order. She was a young black woman and acted like she was pre-occupied with someone or something going on out front. She served us our drinks and took our food order. After waiting 28 minutes, she then came back around and wanted to know what our order was again because she said the paper she had written it down on had gotten wet and she couldnt make it out. At that time, I told her we would just pay for our drinks and leave. Worst service in all our years of dining out! I will never go to a TGI Fridays again. After wasting about an hour travel time by stopping there, we just went through Arbys Drive-Thru and hit the road.

As a restaurateur, I dine out 3 to 5 nights a week because Im traveling. Fridays was one of my favorites until last night that is ! . I ordered the Salmon with Lobster $17.99 , I love Salmon and Ive had it at several different places, but this I wouldnt feed to my cat (if I had one) When the dish arrived , the first thing I noticed was the portion size . I immediately mentioned it to the waitress, she acted as if she didnt hear me and continued on with her script. 4 ounces ( maybe ) with lobster crumbles (CRUMBLES )rice and broccoli . Over cooked and over seasoned to say the least . After a 40 minute drive back to my hotel , I was even more HUNGRIER than when I arrived! I dont mind paying For my dinner, but I do expect to get my monies worth . Woke up this morning STARVING, Now I have to go get breakfast!

Bad experience eating there at noon on a Saturday. Food was way overcooked and fries were cold. We had to send it back and wait for it to be redone. Fries were still cold. Food was less than adequate but the waitress was super nice. Wont be going back there. The manager never even came over to check on us. Others had sent their food back also. Guess he was overwhelmed. If he keeps running a business this way they may as well close it up!

The bartenders are always friendly and treat you right; they always remember me :) The foods a little hit or miss or Id give it 5 stars, but the service always makes me smile. I only go to the bar section, Id suggest that over the main restaurant area. Love the Jack Daniels sauce, I could eat that on its own...

Waitress was great! Food, horrid. Manager even worse. I usually love TGI Fridays but this one needs a new manager and kitchen crew. Waited 45 mi for food, while all other tables were turned twice. Food came out, coles chicken, burnt burgers. Manager just made excuses. He needs a new career path.

Food came out slow and at different times. They took the fries pickles off the endless app menu and the pot stickers are not as good as they used to be. This was one of our favorite places for the appetizers but now that they have changed so much I doubt we will go as often as we used too.
