Took my family here tonight (4/26/2016) a little before 9:30 p.m. CST and got probably the worst service weve ever had from any Sonic location weve visited across the country (including locations in Oregon and California on the West Coast!). We ordered two medium shakes and a small cup of vanilla ice cream for our 1-year-old son, which should have been a quick, simple order. There were only a few cars in the stalls there at the time and we thought wed be in and out in only 5-7 minutes max. WRONG! Believe it or not, I think they actually forgot about us after we ordered: while we sat there waiting, several other cars that had pulled-in well after we did, got their orders and left after only a few minutes. Meanwhile, we continued to wait. After 20 minutes of this, I finally pressed the call button again and politely asked them where my order was. They did apologize, but gave no explanation for the delay and we still had to wait another 10 minutes after that before our order was actually delivered. Yes, you read that right: it literally took them HALF-AN-HOUR to get our order to us! Not only that, to add insult to injury, our shakes were partially melted and runny when they were finally delivered and they didnt even offer us anything, such as a discount, for having to wait so long! My wife and I both work in the fast food industry and were familiar with how long it takes to make a milkshake, theres no reason it should have taken as long as it did. Made us wonder if they were having to milk some cows or something. I have no doubt our bosses would have written us up if we took this long with a customers order at the places we work. The problem seems to be specific to the current night crew; we went to this location another time at night a few weeks ago and had a similar experience (though we werent kept waiting quite this long!), but wrote it off at the time as a fluke. Weve never had any problems with the morning and day crews at this location and have always gotten prompt, courteous service from them. Im sorry to say, this is the last time we will be visiting this location at night!

First, the carbon comes to the car and ask for payment even though we payed by card and saw the completed payment on the screen. Then we get our Watered down milkshake that they refused to take back. Car hop said "our machine has been running so much today, this is just how they are coming out". Oh really? Is that why our other milkshake came out like it should have?! Also payed way too much for two Oreo blast that only had a couple of Oreos at most crushed up on top, then a full load of just their ice cream. Terrible customer service.

This place is absolutely terrible. We have went many times and during different times of the day. There is one thing they are very consistent at and that is being slow. Yesterday, we went and ordered a large water and a chocolate milk jug. It took 25 minutes! I hope the owner(s) of this place fixes these issues being it is a fairly new location. If they do not then they will continue to lose money due to terrible service. Btw I had to leave a 1 star because it wouldnt let me leave 0 stars!

So, I must say this is the worst sonic Ive been to. The cups they gave us were a mess. The microphone didnt work on the sign, and they got the order wrong 2 times after having us repeat the order at least 7 times. They did not bring us straws or spoons for our shakes, after asking specifically for a straw and spoon, two spoons and 1 straw was brought for a party of 3. The drinks looked rushed and disgusting. Just go to a different sonic.

Took forever to get my food because they gave it to someone else. When I finally got my food it was wrong and cold. I am officially done with this location. The service and quality continues to go down. I didnt even bother with a refund because they possibly would have mess that up too. I paid with a card. I take it as a lesson well learned. Never again. Never!

Worst place ever. I had to repeat order 10 times. Idk if the speaker didnt work or what... I was literally screaming outside for them to hear me ! Then they screamed my total back to me. Which was hideous. Smh...

Went on 50¢ corndog day service was TERRIBLE had to wait came too me with the wrong order 2 times all I wanted was 3 corndogs never got them got tired of waiting had already done 15 minutes so I just left.#SHM

This Sonic location is nice and new. Nice employees, and usually pretty accurate with orders. The add-on drive through is kind of a pain if you plan to eat in your car.
