NOT IMPRESSED with this Pizza Hut at all. Multiple times in the past our order has been delivered and there has been something wrong/ forgotten. In the past we have just blown in off because both my boyfriend and I work in food service. But today I called and ordered for pick-up because I thought by the time I drove to get it everything would be ready. Wrong. I arrived, paid for my pizza and then they realized that someone had completely forgotten to make my order. I could understand this.. Even with past mistakes, I know sometimes in food service things just happen. It was the way things were handled today that made me so upset. No one ever approached me to tell me what had happened, I only knew the situation because I saw and heard everything happening in the kitchen. If a manager could have apologized and explained things to me I would have appreciated that. They also gave me a 5 dollar coupon after I waited for them to make my entire order, and im sorry I just dont think that "made it right." If I would have been sitting in the restaurant and been forgotten about I would hope that they would offer more than 5 dollars. As a college student I do not want to spend 22 dollars on pizza anyways, much less have pizzas be made incorrectly, or not made at all. I have worked in restaurants ever since I was legally able to, and this place seriously needs a lesson in customer service. I wont be using that 5 dollar coupon because I refuse to spend another dollar here.

First off when my friends and I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and the cookie dessert for pickup. When we got there they completely forgot about the cookie. So we waited 10 min for a cookie to be freshly made. For some reason she refused to grab the money from my hand and put on a glove to take the money. After the wait we drove to the hotel we were staying at and realized they gave us a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and buffalo sauce. We called and they said they would send the correct pizza over. 30 min later the pizza shows up. We opened the box and found out that it was the same exact pizza they gave us before. I called them and the manager said she would make the correct one herself and the driver would deliver it immediately. 15 min later she calls and says that she wont make it and she refused to give me a refund and she hung up on me. After using multiple phones to call back because she wouldnt answer the phone she tells me that they are closed even though they didnt close until 11:00 (the time was 10:52).She was very disrespectful and we still never got our pizza. This service is laughable and it all must be some big joke for this location.

For a pizza chain its not the best but its also not the worst. I do like that you can customize your pizza online but if the staff can get it actually correct is a different story. I once ordered a pizza with several meats including Bacon, Ham, Sausage and Pepperoni with Cheese of course and some peppers and we did this thing on their website called the Half and Half which splits the pizza so another person can have their half and I can have mine. My boyfriend hates peppers, Ham and Sausage so I let him customize his own and we were very happy with what we came up with. Was it a complicated pizza? Maybe a little but if you make pizzas all day you should be used to it! When our pizza arrived it was an absolute Mess. Peppers and Sausages were all over my boyfriends side so we were definitely disappointed. That was actually the first time we ever had an issue like that so we were naturally surprised. After that incident we havent returned, we now go to Toppers or Rocky Rococos.

Called and ordered spaghetti,told me it would be 20 minutes. I was there 30 minutes later. 9 employees standing behind counter doing nothing for 10 minutes while I waited for help. Manager asks my name and replies "yea we dont have spaghetti noodles" then just stares at me. Didnt bother to contact me and let me know before I drove all the way there, didnt apologize, didnt offer an alternative, coupon or discount. Just stood there staring at me. We order pizza once a week and we wont be back, several times Ive had to wait up to 20 minutes at the store to get done after I had come when they told me to. They have messed up our orders and been just plain rude. The manager wears stained up street clothes and looks like a homeless person. Doesnt the owner care that shes running this place into the ground! Go anywhere else!

I have never in my life been to a Pizza Hut that was so run down and unprofessional. If there was a just a Poor score they would get it. Staff were unprofessional and rude. The restaurant was very dirty with food all over the place on the floor. It seemed more like a daycare. Kids were running and screaming and no one did anything. Staff even took one child presumming its family behind into the kitchen. And with that encouragement the child began to run screaming you cant catch me!. I will never go back here again wont recommend it to anyone. Needless to say we ate our breadsticks and told them to box our pizza to go. I couldnt stay there another minute. Please management take another look at your staff running this restaurant. Never again!

The place is small, run down and dirty. The staff is disorganized, slow and sometimes rude. We were there recently for their lunch buffet. The selection of available pizza on the buffet was poor. The pieces that were left had been there for a while. A taco pizza was up so long the lettuce had become hot and wilted. Still, they left it out there. "Yuck!" The other slices were underbaked and soggy. On another visit we purchased two pizzas for carry out. Both had apparently been removed from the oven too early leaving the hand-tossed crust somewhat raw. The onions and green peppers on one pizza were fresh but I prefer them baked when on a pizza. They were raw. If you like Pizza Hut, choose another location.

We came on a Friday night around 5:00. We had a group of 8. We ordered 2 baskets of breadsticks, 2 large pizzas, one personal pizza, and a 24 basket of wings. We waited over an hour before we even got our breadsticks! Our waitress was Ambrosia, and she only came by when we walked up to her. The employees have terrible communication, and overall bad hygiene. As a team member of the Onalaska Culvers, I have high standards of the places I go to eat. This location did not even come close to the standards. I was not impressed with my pizza, the service, or the wait. It may have been a Friday night dinner rush, but the staff acted as if it was their first day. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Latest pizza adventure was crap from here messed up our order wanted a pepperoni black olive and sausage pizza all that was there was pepperoni and the other pizza was soggy to the point it fell apart called to complain they asked how much our total was and was almost $40 and said they were going to send us a gift card out because it was almost time for the oldest to go to bed so we didnt want a re-make got certificate today and all that it was, was $10. Will defiantly try ward ave next time. Before I count them all out but not going to order on rose street again. Also was ordered online so I guess you cant guarantee everyone can read especially a cook when that is a requirement.
