I dont expect quality at this location. Its just the closest taco bell to where I live now. When I went there today I spent roughly a half hour in the drive thru even though everyone in front of me had a single bag order. I understand it was busy but other taco bells handle business much better than this one. I was late to work despite leaving plenty early, and the food didnt taste quite right (again, not really surprised at this location). Now I am feeling pretty sick. I threw up a bit, even. And I can usually stomach taco bell just fine. I love the one in Ona. The only upside to west ave is there is one very nice drive thru cashier lady who works most nights. I wish I had skipped supper tonight.

September 9, 2015, 12:30 AM. Three distinctly separate groups of us. Me on my bike, them on foot. All mobile orders confirmed. Manager said they will not let us through the drive-through without a motorized vehicle. Digging a little deeper they said if I were to have a motorized electric hub on my bicycle that they would serve me. One of the walkers said he has an electric skateboard and they said they would not serve him on that. I asked if it mattered how big the electric motor was on my bicycle and he said it did not matter. College town with almost no parking available and you cannot go to Taco Bell at night without a car. Good luck with that Taco Bell.

We usually have really great service when we come here and the food is pretty good. The only thing that has happened more than once is they have either forgotten the Lettuce on my Boyfriends Quesadilla which he ordered or they put it in a bowl on the side like why? There have also been times weve had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our food. Overall the food is a 9/10 Service is more like a 4/10. They seem like they tend to hire the bottom of the barrel employees there. Not all are bad some are really great but most are meh.

Waited about 15 minutes for a simple order when it wasnt even busy at all, there was lettuce in my cheesy roll ups(which do not have lettuce in them). Food overall did not taste up to the quality of other Taco Bells. The restaurant was very dirty and the staff were not very friendly. The Taco Bell in Onalaska had none of these issues. I never write reviews, but my experience not only today, but every time Ive eaten at this restaurant compelled me to warn others. GO TO TACO JOHNS

Hands down, THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. My orders are consistently wrongs. Service is awful and EXTREMELY SLOW. Do not even bother with the cheesy gordita crunch, its my favorite item on the menu so I keep ordering it when I go, but it will be poorly made and the cheese will not be melted. Seriously, I wish I could stress how little these people care about your food.

Worst fast food experience in recent memory. The lobby was trashed. There were plastic forks and food under and on the tables, which made dining in impossible. Instead of cleaning the lobby, the crew just goofed off and purposefully announced customers names incorrectly. I dont know who the manager is, but these morons need some discipline.

Went there for a Mountain Dew and an order of Cinnamon Twists, ended up taking 10 minutes before I got my cinnamon twists, by asking someone where they were. I had watched the manager blatantly delete my order off of their screen and was rudely handed my order. A few of the twists themselves were burnt and soggy. Will not be going back.

Since coming under new management a few years ago, this location never really seems to have gotten past their growing pains. I give them a chance every few months, and week they have definitely gotten cleaner, unacceptably long wait times and slightly below average food quality are still the norm, even during non peak hours.

Me personally, taco bell is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant, it this one was just not a pleasant experience. The staff there was not nice at all, they made us wait 10 minutes until we could order because they were talking in the back. Very disappointed.
