I am a school bus driver that brought a busload of HS tennis kids to this restaurant approx 5pm on a Thur. afternoon (not their busiest time). Food was good, staff was efficient & friendly, but: on a hot muggy afternoon, where kids (& esp. adults!) were not only hungry after an active day in the sun, but extremely hot-fatigued, restaurant inside was hotter & more humid than outside! When manager was asked about lowering temp/humidity, she replied that she also hated these conditions, but they were set by owner (so employees apparently have no control of!)! What would have otherwise been a great experience came to a grinding halt! I personally find it appalling that apparently profit (by skimping on client, not to mention, employee, environmental comfort conditions) seems to take priority!! Mr/Ms owner(s), hope this public review might assist you to make appropriate changes!! P.S. Many fine eating establishments also encourage group traffic by offering discounted or free meals to bus drivers (which you do not). Hint, hint (we may be low paid, but aint social media a great equalizer)!!

I love Qdoba, this location especially. My problem is with your online ordering system!! Your tagline is Banish the bland, Choose Flavor! however, neither your new app nor online ordering really allow your customer to do this. Your customers are only allowed to choose extra meat, what if a customer doesnt want beans so they want some extra rice. Or doesnt want rice so wants some extra beans. Also, we are in Wisconsin and all though there is absolutely no option for extra cheese or sour cream? What about your smothered burritos customers can still order if they go into stores because your, extras arent extra any longer. Thats also not an option with online ordering or using the app. Im calling your bluff Qdoba!!

I tried Qdoba once a few years ago and didnt really care for it, but just 3 months ago I tried it again and man has it changed for the better. My boyfriend suggested I get a Burrito with the Adobo Chicken, 2 scoops of Queso and rice and I also added peppers, cheese and Sour Cream and it was deeelicious I ate it all up. I also love that they have that cool drink machine that you push your options because it has so many different choices to choose from. The restaurant is very clean and staff is polite and professional.

The food here is fantastic. It is fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, today on my lunch break, I witnessed the general manager treating an employee very poorly in front of us customers in line. He looked devastated and it was very unprofessional. She was in no way friendly, nor seemed to care how she was treating her staff. I felt badly for all of them, especially the young man.

The food is always delicious but the service tonight on 4/13 was horrible. I felt like I was the biggest inconvenience to the man working. I can understand that working bar time isnt always fun, but not everyone who comes in is disorderly and drunk :)

Probably my favorite chain restaurant, at a great location. The food is always good, the atmosphere clean. Its a little over priced, but big servings, good flavor, and free guac keep it among the top of my list.
