The NEW deli burger ... it may sound good, heres the reality. I got mine and forgot to order no onions .. so scraped them off. Well, in doing that, I also scraped off the two little pieces of mushroom that were there too. Size; My friend I was with ordered a normal bacon double cheese and received twice the size of meat as I did. To A&W, deli means tiny. The bottom bun was soggy , as you have two greasy little patties on top of it and its so small it cant keep up. Not worth the extra money. I thought the pastrami would be a thick hunk ... it was a slice. I was jealous of my friend getting twice the burger, cheaper, and to custom order.

Samantha (Server 2054) is a terrible server and extremely rude. I received a cold burger and cheese. I called back the next day and the manager asked if I threw a burger at her (which I obviously didnt) and was extremely short with me. Terrible people, terrible place. Only thing somewhat decent here is their food when its not served cold. I know we should up 30min before you close but that is no reason for such terrible service and rudeness.

Service was excellent but the food wasnt great. We had 4 different meals ordered and only the mushroom/Swiss burger and the onion rings were good. The chicken strips were bland, the cheese sauce destroyed the chili dog and Im not sure what the problem was with the chicken breast but I know he didnt like it. I want to be clear- we didnt feel things were cooked poorly just that the actual recipes were lacking.

Average food and average service at best. However, they do have the best draft root beer around. When you want a root beer A&W is the best place to go. It is also relatively cheap compared to other places.

For a burger and chips place its quaint with a very bright interior and music playing. Not the best option for families with autistic kids but good food and great rootbeer.
