Carl was awsome at helping us out. We do not have a White Castle where we live. This was my families first trip. Carl heard us debating on food items and was nice enough to fully explain the menu and how to order properly for our family, which includes 3 small boys under 4 years old. He also took the initiative to suggest pictures with the x-Men display which has a face pop out piece so you can be one of the X-Men in the picture taken. By far the best service I have ever received. Way to go Carl. You should be the Store Manager for sure. Back to Ohio we go.

This place is terrible. I enjoy white castle. But I found some kind of sharp plastic object in my burger. The manager didnt really apologize for it, and almost tried to say it Had been too long before I returned, implying that who knows how it got in there. 15 minutes. Goodness. I will likely contact the health department.

Very clean. Food very fast and good. Servers very helpful and knowledgeable. Very prompt. I ordered online and I got a call back within 2 minutes to let me know a promotion was over and to offer me the new promotion. I would recommend this White Castle to others.

Dont eat here. Terrible food. Well, I guess you could eat here, just not recommended, felt like I needed to go have my stomach pumped, didnt though, just vomited instead. Theres only 2 times I had Barf castle, both times I regretted it.
