First id like to start with the appearance of the store. The glass cassing was so dirty that I could barly see thru it, and to add to that, the food was not stocked up and looked all dry. Then I turn around, because im having seond thoughts about eatting the food since I was disguested by the apperence, the windows were so fogged up from a terrible job of cleaning and the floor was so nasty. Now mind you, I never turn down subway and today I did. What a disappointment for the owner to have such lazy staff..

My friend won a 6 foot sub off jack FM. We pre ordered it to pick up on sunday the 19th. We called to confirm it would be ready at 3 and were told yes it would. When we got there the manager was so rude. She came out talking about it will be 15 min still. Mind you we went there at 3:10. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes to the point of me almost saying screw you and leaving but I had hangry people waiting on this sub. I wont ever go back to this store unless they fire the current manager

Owners do not want customers to stay in the restaurant for more than 30 minutes. Do not want people to use their store as a mobile office after you buy food. They removed all outlets from store to prevent people from plugging in their laptops.

As with a lot of places right on Maryland in this neighborhood, the staff could be better. Plan on spending a bit of extra time as the staff never seems to think that the customer should be a priority.

Restaurant is under new ownership and staff is great! First Subway I have ever been to that remembers my name and the sandwich I eat for breakfast! Very clean bathroom.
