2 months ago this was my favorite place to go, I would go probably every 2-3 weeks. I stopped going for a break to try new foods, today I decided to go back in, because it remained my favorite place. However, today changed that all. They removed ingredients that I thought separated them from other sandwich places (aka Subway & Jimmy Johns). It was those ingredients that made it my favorite place. I loved that they offered Feta cheese, Dried Cranberries, and candied walnuts (even if half the time they didnt put the walnuts on). Well forget those ingredients, they no longer offer them. They have just become Subway on a new bun. Or a Jimmy Johns under a different alias, and difficult location. Reason this location gets 2 stars? Today, dear god. Never have I EVER encountered such horrible customer service. I came in, nothing was said to me, which was okay by me. I started filling out my bag. Another customer had stepped up to the register, they were helped right away, I had stepped into line as this other customer was leaving to wait for their sandwich. Now the woman behind the register didnt acknowledge me, even though I had stepped up. She proceeded to mess with something under the register, popped up, still didnt acknowledge me. Another worker came over, was going to wipe down tables, she told him she had already done that, he said "I see that now, thank you". She still didnt acknowledge me. Again messed with something under the register, pulled out a roll of paper towels, turned, ripped off a towel, set it down, still hadnt acknowledged my existence. Then turned to me, and FINALLY took the sandwich bag, not even saying anything about the OBVIOUS cold shoulder she had given me from first entering the place. She honestly didnt say anything to me other than is that all?". Work on your customer service, it needs to be better and CONSISTENT. Thank you, you achieved ruining someones good day.

This chain has been renowned for its quality of food, a reality I have come to experience myself during my first visit yesterday, 12/13/16. After eating my ham-and-swiss sandwich and chips, I had determined that I would have to agree: the food is indeed excellent. However, before I even ate, something that occurred made me question if this stores wonderful food could compensate for its customer service. Let me explain. When I walked in the door, there was no cashier to whom I would order, so I stood behind the ordering counter, waiting. When the employee finally emerged from the "back room", almost two minutes had passed. I ordered my food, and then my drink; I had specified that I wanted a "small" fountain drink size. When my total rang up, I paid, and the cashier handed me my sandwich, chips, a LARGE cup. Thinking she had made a mistake in giving me that size instead of a small, I reminded her of the correct size I ordered (a small). She said, "No, you ordered a large. You paid for it." Not wanting to get into an argument, I politely reminded her that I ordered a small, and I requested a refund. She apologized and said she couldnt/didnt know how to give me a refund. She suggested I fill the cup half full instead. Very disappointed. Perhaps Im being a bit too antagonizing for what, in the grand scheme of things, is a petty error, but I guess this goes to show that the Woodbury store really doesnt prioritize customer satisfaction. Will be a long time until I eat here again, which is a shame, since the food is great.

Tried this place for the first time. Bought lunch for coworkers and myself. Everyone was raving about their sandwiches and said that they couldnt wait to eat from here again. I ordered online and when I came to pick up the food I was greeting with a big smile and great personality. Wish I caught her name. This is now my favorite sandwich joint.

Similar to subway, somewhat. The quality of the sandwiches and ingredients is hands down way better. I also like the perks that come with having the card for free drinks. Philly cheese steak was very good.

The sand which was quite small, their chips I seen kids in school lunches have bigger bag. The highlight was the malt. For $15 bucks its should have fed me but it was an appetizer
