I love this place. Every Potbelly Ive been to has generally had very friendly employees and great service, but this one takes the cake. I go there almost every day for lunch around 1:30 or 2 pm. At this time, the employees are a little bored and I usually get to witness some entertaining (but harmless) shenanigans while we wait for my sandwich to go through. They usually try to guess what Im going to order out of my three regular choices, though they often get it wrong because I have a pretty arbitrary system. They are always fun to chat with, and I get disappointed when I am forced to go during the lunch rush because they (understandably) have to move me through quickly. Sadly, today is my last day working downtown, as Im changing offices. I went for one last sandwich, and they gave it to me for free for being such a good customer (seriously, I averaged three times/week for the last nine months or so). Its not the first time theyve given me arbitrary discounts for "being awesome" (their words, though I agree), but this was the first totally free one. If I HAD to complain, I would say the I dislike that the manager always insists I get a bag marked "extra meat" (I always get an original + extra meat), even though the entire store can hear my order and I dont lie anyways. But I guess thats her job, and like I said, Im digging for a negative here. Ill miss you guys!

The one time my office ordered from here they were very late (like 45 minutes late) and came with the wrong order...someone elses order entirely...Kathy said they didnt have time to redeliver the correct order but that wed get 12 free cookies with our next order to make up for it. I tried ordering from this location this week and I guess we are out of delivery range now. Hmm. Its only a 4 minute drive away but their "driver" only walks to deliver. From now on, our office will turn to Urban Sub for catering and delivery sandwiches.

The service was rushed and confused while there were only two customers in line. They tried to give both of us the wrong sandwiches, ran away from the register before my receipt (which I needed) had even printed, and then tried to ring me up a second time before I could pick up my food and walk away. With six employees behind the counter, it seemed like none of them knew what was going on. The food was ok, but good service would have made the meal taste better.

Unhappy people working here. I got barked at during the order, during the extras and especially at checkout. That guy was a total jerk. There are too many places on the skyway to ever waste my money with this group of rude sadsacks.
