I wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely ridiculous and rude. Horrible customer service. Order a warp to go SPECIFICALLY SAID NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO ONION but yet it came full of that with scraps of chicken. I called and was told if I can bring back my receipt they will refund because they do not know what card was mine to refund. I stated that I had it right here and could provide it but then THE OWNER (who flat out blamed whoever took the order) said well I can remake something off of the menu or issue a gift card. I said no I do not want to eat our food so I want my money back. I was then told "well when you return something to Target do they give you your money back? No, they give you a gift card" Ummm no they dont when you have a receipt you get your money but what does that have to do with anything?! I said well I want my money back and she continued to say "well I am offering those 2 options, I cannot give your money back" (but you could just a minute ago?) I asked if she was the manager and she replied with "I AM THE OWNER!" I hope that she is not truly the owner because that just horrible customer service and to be coming from the OWNER is absurd. So because you messed up my food and it had barely anything in it besides cheap lettuce, you REFUSE to refund my money.....2 seconds after saying you can refund with a receipt? Never again.

Probs my favorite place to snag a sando in Hudson when Im hungover at work. Everything always seems fresh and their bread is great. They also make a fine soup. Though the prices are a bit higher than some of the other hero sandwich shops in town it pleases me to give my money to a local person rather than to the nameless entities behind the behemoth chain stores. Occasionally Im hesitant to eat here because the staff can sometimes be Grumpy Guses and Frowny Frannies. Which is hilarious considering the absolutely wretched happy-dappy, touchy-feely new age, adult contemporary crap oozing from the house stereo system. Were talking Yanni here, nerds. If theyd turn those frowns upside down and change the music to something a bit more palatable (which in this case would be damn near anything) Id give em five stars.

Menu is very inaccurate. Were local to Hudson and came recently for our first visit. We ordered three sandwiches and drinks for our family, all from listings on their menu in the shop - one sandwich they couldnt make because they didnt offer it anymore, one drink they no longer sold but offered to make a substitute, and several other items we requested from their menu werent available anymore. Owners - either fix your menu or get out of the business. Regardless, you wont see us again.

Best subs ever. Everything is fresh and the bread (white) is the best Ive had since moms. Subway tried to move in on them and got killed. Parking can be a problem during lunch time as they are right on the main drag in Hudson but worth the extra effort. Now if they just served beer......

I work across the street and eat here ... way too much probably. Id say I average 1 sub a week, for the past 6 years. The food is great and the service is fast and excellent. PRO TIP order your sub with the wheat or sunflower bread.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I ORDER FOR DELIVERY TO MY WORK ACROSS THE BRIDGE AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH, SLOWLY MAKING MY WAY THROUGH THEIR MENU. P.S. THEIR SOUP IS TO DIE FOR AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME!
