Ordered Mediterranean sandwich which is described as having hummus, feta, cucumber, artichokes & roasted red peppers. At the topping station I was asked what I wanted on my sandwich. I replied mayo. When I got to the table, the sandwich seemed very thin. Opening the sandwich all I could see was mayo and hummus. When I checked with the manager she said that I have to specify at the topping station what I wanted at the topping station. She had another sandwich made for me with everything on it.

When this placed first opened it was awesome. It seems as if its slacked off since. While there, someone behind the counter an employee blew his nose and then rubbed his face. Snot was hanging from his face and he did not wash his hands. I believe he may have been a manager as he was giving orders at the same time. Maybe they were just having a bad day?

Just left there. Quick service but they gave me a sandwich sans the desired meat:. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich w bacon, but no chicken salad on the sandwich..Just the bacon and toppings. Only had 30 for lunch so cant go back. Im less than thrilled about this. Friendly staff though

Came in for my first visit and was completely blown away. So friendly. Like soo friendly. Had a medium sized order which was delivered very quickly. Everything is beyond delicious. Subs soup shake and chili all fantastic. I will be back!

Food has always been pretty good. Service is usually good. Love the extra touch of putting the cute little cookies on the straw when making shakes. The coffee shake is way too delicious if you like that kind of thing!

Meatball sub is great and the atmosphere is fun. I wouldnt say it is any better than eating at Firehouse, but since its this or Subway around here for sub sandwiches, Id always take Potbelly

Very similar to which-wich, just not as much variety. The deliciousness of the sandwiches and the perfect customer service makes it totally better than which-wich.

Standard sub sandwich, but the hot peppers are what make it awesome. We usually get ours to go, but a few times my order hasnt been right, so knocking down a star.

I love the chicken and cheddar thin cut with everything (pickles) on the side :-). Their chili, pickles, and hot peppers are the best. Very friendly happy staff.
