I would have given the restaurant a 5 star rating but I must say over the years the quality of this place has gone way down..Ive asked the staff and Manger why are young children allowed to get their own food. and noticed how people come from the outside,go straight to the buffet without washing their hands, reaching over the food without removing their coats..and I understand that some people just dont care...but overall the food is not good as its been in the past, I feel that their policies needs to be changed. Hire qualified mangers who has the ability to make good, intelligent decisions which satisfies the customer and or the employee. I feel that there are other good restaurants in WI with outstanding service, good food, and clean environment in which I have the choice to visit, but the OCB will not ever be my choice in the future...

DISGUSTING. My sister told me about this place and she said it was "good" and I believed her you know because she stay eating good! So I decided to go, we went and the food is disgusting. Even the water is nasty, and the right side of the buffet smells like wet horse and old hot dog water. I wasnt even there for more than 10 minutes, I left immediately and went to McDonalds. I dont recommend this place at all and they dead ass fooling yall with the pictures they have on their website. THEY DEFINITELY FOOLED ME. Dont trust this place and dont trust my sister because apprenetly she does NOT eat good. 1 star for good service though.

My family and I use to like the food. The last 2 times weve went there, the food is nasty. I thought maybe it was just that one day maybe they had a different cook. So we gave it another chance. Nope, still nasty food. The Mac & cheese is dry, the stuffing looks weird, the green beans taste like theyve been sitting in some kind of water, the "nacho cheese" is like a whitish color with no taste, the baked chicken is always pink, the breaded little shrimp is not breaded right, the outside of the steak looks good but the inside is red and not done. I will be removing my email from the list. My family will no longer eat there.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES THEY SHOW PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING FOOD LOOKS HORRIBLE IN PERSON. The food is disgusting, the plates and eating utensils are dirty. The desserts crack when you put your fork in to cut it. The chicken is dry. The vegetables are soggy and mushy. You have to PAY in order to get drinks which should be included. Overall horrible. Not to mention the bugs crawling around the buffet area. The entire right side of the buffet smells like must and old piss. The Asian lady is racist and mocks Hispanics. They only believe in Americans and dislike any other person.

I love going to Country Buffet with family or friends usually for dinner after a long day of shopping or doing groceries. We pay one price and beverages and desserts are included. At other restaurants; we would have to pay for drinks and desserts separately which is more expensive. I would like to see more of "Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice" and a variety of "different Desserts". Staff should be careful when washing plates or silverware because I have found some that are not cleaned properly and also wear gloves or nets on their head to prevent from hair in the food or other, thank you.

The food is good nothing special but they have alot of choices. You can have almost anything. The prices are raised up so its 13 for dinner and extra two dollars for bevarage. They got rid of the seasoning rack and the ketchup bottles at tables, you have to get up to get ketchup. They now have napkin dispensers at all the tables which is a good thing. The only problem I have is the sanitation issue. I know how nasty they can be in the back cause i worked there before. I try not to think about it and enjoy the food.

Sucks. Literally all boxed food, frozen pizza & frozen veggies. Also the mashed potatoes were not boneless!! No spoons by the desserts & I also stepped in trojectory vomit. I came for the mac & cheese & it was cold as ever. The cantaloupe was the only good thing. There was also ice cream all over the ice cream machine & the floor there was sprinkles where the sprinkles are. The meat was also pink. I give this place a one star because I make my plates look pretty shitty with the food thats on it.

Food is nasty only time the prime rib was good was when I was the carver there....no one cares how hard you work or how much time you have put In for ocb they will chew you up and throw u out like gum...plus they have roaches and bugs I once found a piece of metal in my Mac n cheese and I told my boss all he did was look at me told me not to make a big deal then I was getting chicken one time and there where two roaches climbing from under where they keep the food ewww...

Do not eat here! This place is disgusting. I should have a turned around and left the minute I walked in the door. The odor was just a precursor of the filth to follow. The floors are sticky, including the carpet! As for the food, every item is overcooked. I didnt even finish eating the things I bravely tried. My granddaughter got rotten radishes from the salad bar. Who is cutting these vegetables and cant tell theyre not edible? Worst money ever spent. Gross!!

I have been going to this location since I was a child. This was the first time going here in YEARS. The food is still the same and it was FANTASTIC! The desert section got an upgrade, but they used to have 2 ice cream machines and now only have 1. The floors were dirty and sticky all around the buffet/Drink station at around 7pm 10/7/16. I dislike the new crane game machines- it throws the whole atmosphere off. Overall good place to go for a family with kids.

Breakfast was great! I always eat dinner at this paticular location because the food is wonderful, the atmosphere is clean and family nights are awesome for kids of all ages! But I ate breakfast for the first time today here and I am a fan! no longer is this my favorite go to dinner place but breakfast too!! me and my hubby drive 45 minutes to get here and we dont mind not one bit!

The food and selection is quite expansive. You can get tacos, salsbery patties, orange chicken, and pasta all in one place. The salad bars is well stocked as is the desert table. The drinks selection is also very good. They have freezes! The parking is excellent. The only downside is that there can be a wait to get in but I personally think it is well worth the wait

Horrible. 30$ to eat a scoop of cold macaroni. That was all I could stomach. To give you an idea of how bad the food was, my 4 year old wouldnt even eat a plate. One lady said she would speak with the manager. But she never came, so she obviously didnt care at all. NEVER again. Really sad, this used to be a great place and we come here on all our special occasions.
