The chicken is, well its Kentucky Fried Chicken, what can I say? You either like it or you dont. Personally I do occasionally. This particular KFC is clean and the service is good. Thats the extent of the good things I can say, however. The negatives are strictly about the buffet. I remember as a kid how the school lunchroom meals were bland and tasteless. The sides on this buffet are exactly that, bland and tasteless. I know its not home cooking but come on - these sides (and they never change) are AWFUL. They could definitely widen their profit margin on me if they had edible sides because I have to fill my gut with just chicken and maybe a little passable Cole slaw. I asked once why they couldnt have some corn on the cob on the buffet (its hard to mess that up). Their reply was they change it up occasionally. Well, Ive been going there for two years and they havent changed it during that time. Every once in a while try to ruin some peas, lima beans, corn or yams. Until then Ill just eat all chicken.

The food was good, but the front counter staff was slow and argued with customers. I waited 30 min for my order, I ordered a family meal to go so was not expecting to be quick as it was busy but the poor manager had to do everything while the worthless counter person wondered around the store.

Extremely slow service and rude employees. The first time they took my order, made it in 10 minutes, then finally got my girlfriends order. The second time they got both of our orders, made hers in 10 minutes, then finished mine 20 minutes later. Would have been quicker to go to another place.

The employees were rude to us. We went for the buffet and they acted as if we were going to finish all of the chicken on the buffet line. The food itself was good and the restaurant looked clean so at least that part of the experience was pleasant.

Buffet was good, but they could do better keeping the dining room clean. One garbage can was overflowing, the floor was slick in one area and liquids everywhere around the drink station. Food was very good though.

Lunch buffet is all good with hot KFC chicken and fixings, dinning area is ok, restrooms need urgent updating, deep cleaning, often servicing and maintenance repairs.

Extremely dirty. Bathroom smells awful. Floors are very slippery. Floors mopped with sour mops. Roof leaks. It stinks so bad here that I couldnt eat.
