I have been to this restaurant quite a few times. I typically do not post reviews, but its time to make an exception. After first opening, I was pleasantly surprised. Prompt service, exceptional food for the value of an all you can eat sushi and buffet (especially for a college student). Rarely had issues during my dining experience. The past 6 months I have seen a gradual decline in service and quality of food alike. The buffet food is decent when freshly put out, however more often than not the food is not only cold but has started to become crunchy like it has been sitting out all day. The quality of the sushi is fairly unpredictable. Of late the sushi has become overly fishy and poorly wrapped. The service has seen the greatest decline - the servers tend to gather at the front of the venue chatting and ultimately neglecting their duties as servers - do not count on having your drinks refilled, let alone be asked how the food is. Tonight while dining we were waiting on our sushi to be delivered to the table, we saw what looked like our 5 rolls sitting atop the sushi making station just waiting to be brought the 15 ft. to our table. Our server was no where in sight and we ended up waiting a minimum of 15 minutes for our sushi to be delivered, not by our server, but by the hostess. This would have been more understable if the place was packed but there were only 4 tables of 3 or less people and at least 4 servers. Needless to say, Ive been disappointed for the last time and they have lost a loyal customer.

Absolutely unacceptable. We gave it a try although it was very limited options at the buffet. We started off with the buffet and the food tasted good but it was room temp.. not even warm. I decided to move on to the sushi knowing that the buffet was not very pleasing. When I asked for extra cream cheese to add to my California roll and a side of spicy aioli she wanted to charge me extra for each.. I thought this was unfair as Im already paying 20$ I wasnt planning on eating anything at the buffet. I politely asked to speak to a manager. And I told her I did not want to be charged for the addition items on my sushi as I am already paying 20$. She was not willing to work with me on the extra charge and I told her I am willing to pay for the drinks but I do not want to pay for the half of a plate of cold mediocre food. She said all she could do for me was give the lunch price.. so out of it all I had to pay 12$ for a plate of cold food and horrible service that is not willing to work with your needs. Service is key fix your motives and take care of your customer. I am very unsatisfied and left the restaurant very irritated.

The environment in the restaurant is very relaxing and casual. It has a very welcoming atmosphere for first time sushi eaters and returning sushi eaters. When you first come in you are greeted promptly and seated fast if the place is not packed. I have gone mostly during lunch service because you get a lot of food for the amount you pay. The service is great, fast refills on water and the staff checks up on you often. One thing I would like to say is do not leave your sushi uneaten. I was once pushed to eat a roll that I was too full to eat, but I ate it anyways because my server asked nicely. I think they charge you for any rolls that you do not finish but I am unsure about that. The sushi could have more various on the special rolls but for the price its good. The place is awesome I go quite often because its so good for the price. I always leave full. You are going to probably spend about 30 dollars for lunch for 2 that is with tip.

Todays service was unacceptable. Came during lunch. Everything was good until my sister found a piece of hair in her shrimp tempura sushi roll, which the manager had the sushi remade and gave her a discount. My glass of water was refilled and I found a dead ant drowned in the water. We waved the manager down and I showed her my glass with the ant on the side of glass. She took it, gave a small embarrassed laugh, and took the cup away with no further comment. When my party went up to pay for our meal, I wanted to talked to the manager but she left the area. The waitress came by, peered into my glass, muttered, "ew," and then proceed to give us our receipts. I was upset how this situation was handled. Yes, I paid for my meal with a 15% tip but I also left a note on my receipt, expressing my disgust. Definitely will not return.

"All-You-Can-Eat Sushi!" Plus, add a Chinese buffet and you have a winning combination! The food is fresh and did I forget to mention "All-You-Can-Eat" Sushi? You would think that this would be very expensive however the lunch service is very reasonably priced. My brother and I ate like Kings for under $30.00 with tip! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu options. The only reason I give four stars is because since the sushi is made to order, it takes a long time to be served. Yes, you can order a bunch of spicy tuna rolls and chow down on the buffet while you wait. Also, the buffet food sits on ceramic plates and is sometimes cold. I am sure this is not up to OSHA health standards, but if that doesnt bother you then its worth the risk of a food-borne illness.

I love this place! I came here on Saturday during the lunch buffet hours. Even though it was packed I was able to get a booth. Being my first time here, my waitress was VERY helpful and patient. She explained that we can order as many sushi rolls as we wanted. In the menu there is a disclaimer that they can charge for wastefulness. But I did not need to worry because I ate everything. Both my husband and I ordered 8 pieces of sushi in our first order and we got our sushi in 6 minutes. Obviously we did order a second and third time and we received our orders in 5 minutes. The buffet was well maintained and constantly re-filled since there was a huge crowd. Overall we received great service and Delicious Sushi.

All you can eat sushi (including rolls) for a very reasonable price. The decor is nice (although some of it seems a little tacky) but the food and service are outstanding. After being seated you are allowed to hit their hot and cold buffet (be wary if you have allergies, there is a bit of utensil crossing and some items are shared on a plate) and order rolls and sashimi from a server that will have the kitchen prepare them for you to order. Rolls are included in the overall price. I just wanted to say that again because I was taken back when I first heard it and almost didnt believe it myself (the bill confirms this on both of my visits). New favorite sushi spot in Milwaukee.

Lazy waitress. Have fun understanding the waitress also. Our sushi was waiting at the sushi area for over 30 minutes before our waitress came by with it. Happened multiple times so we timed and watch (the wait took that long, we got bored). Also, the orders were only about a roll or two. Thats not all, when I arrived hungry, I requested 2 rolls of spider roll (5 pieces each) and the same waitress CONTASTANTLY questioned me if I could finish it. Are you serious? Also, if you still decide to eat there, make sure upon arrival, order immediately because the wait will be looooong. Sushi taste decent. Nothing to brag about.
