The problem is not so much the food, as much as the clientel. I normally eat at the place across the street, but I was running late, so I just missed their lunch buffet. The food was fresh and hot, and was fair to good in quality. If you prefer to eat in quantity, this is your place. I mainly took issue with the other patrons. The place was over crowded on Saturday at 2:10pm. Wild animal children were running all over the place, screaming, knocking into people, and eating off the buffet. The adults were no better. They were rude, literally would push you out of the way at the buffet line, and you would see disgusting, morbid obese people with their guts hanging out of their shirts, over loading 6 plates at once. Do they not realize they can go back as often as they like? But I guess that would require them to get up and move around. Keep in mind, this is not directly the restaurants fault, but they do cater to this type of crowd.

Im not sure what all the whining is about its a buffet not a high class restaurant you get what you paid for which is all you can eat ... As far as buffets go they have a decent selection in comparison to other places ive been ... it can Vary depending on the flow but the food Is generally pretty fresh. Ive eaten here dozens Of times and never gotten sick .. Definitely One of the better chinese buffets .. My friend I have this weird goal to not only try each one in WI but all over the country Ive probably been to about 30 different chinese buffets at this point .. If youre complaining about selection, quality, or freshness of food at this one youve either not been to chinese buffers or you have something against them personally.

Horrible! Little kids run everywhere without their parents making it almost impossible to get to the buffet. We also witnessed several little kids get food from the buffet on their hands, lick their entire hands off and grab onto the serving utensils at all different parts of the buffet. We also saw one little boy slide a spoon and his whole hand into the chocolate pudding, lick his hand off and do it again! Too crowded, too noisy, parents leave 3 and 4 year olds to run all over the buffet area and compromise the food with their hands and mouths. My mom and I stopped for lunch and will never be back. Disgusting!!

The food is overall good, except they still havent figured out how to cook their green beans properly. The staff is horrible. They are constantly in the way and make you wait while they scrub everything down two hours before closing time. They constantly have employees children running all over the place which is completely unprofessional. Most of the time the woman whos supposed to be watching to see what needs to be filled is constantly standing around doing nothing when there is stuff to be refilled. This would be a good place to eat if they fired all the staff.

BUGS!!!!!!!! At the buffet and I heard a kid scream only to look and see he had a bug crawling on him. I get closer and see bugs (roaches) crawling near the fried rice and eating utensils. Needless to say I was greatly disgusted. The staff just stepped on the bug that had fallen on the floor and picked the bugs out of the rice but didnt remove the food from the buffet... I asked for a refund and was just told by the lady at the front desk that "this is a buffet and bugs are normal"... Truly unacceptable

I dont even want to give them the 1 star to be honest. They deserve 0 stars. The staff had the absolute worst customer service, work ethics and moral Ive ever seen in my entire life. I went 2 hours before closing time, all the food was empty and they refused to refill it until I spoke with the manager and he had them refill some of the items. My family now hates Chinese buffets thanks to this place. I wouldnt come back even if they offered it for free. And I feel bad for their future customers too.

Everything tastes like seafood/fish. Even the non seafood/fish items taste like fish or shrimp or salmon. It is like the just used pots and pans to cook everything. Even the desert section has fish items on it and that stuff kind of has a slight taste of fish. So only if you like coming to a place like that then come otherwise it is NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!! You also have to try and find a place to sit yourself. This place sucked. I bet the bus boy gets crap tips cuz it sucks.

Okay, Ive read the other reviews. First off, there are NO BUGS!! Its a clean place. Rude staff? I can see that. Personal phone calls at front desk and ignoring you, yes. Food not piping hot? Its always warm, and never left out too long that Ive seen. The variety is insane from seafood to regular Chinese to American. Very good food for a buffet. Expensive? Yes, 5 adults and two 8 really olds and 4 and 3, $100. Very good for a buffet

In short, the food was terrible. Dry, overcooked, and just plain awful. How does a chinese restaurant mess up Rice? The look: at first appears to be a large selection for a buffet. Had all the normal foods for a chinese restaurant (General Tsos, Orange Chicken, Crab Rangoons). Unfortunately, all awful. $10 would be a great price for a place with average food, but this place was nowhere worth it. Avoid at all costs.

The atmosphere is not stunning just average.. Some of the food wasnt the most fresh, nor was it heated 100%.. The staff knew very little English, and did not interact with me or my group of 3 that often I didnt get sick from the food, but its just your average, greasy, same tasting chinese buffet...Mehhhhh I might go back, just to verify if anything has been upgraded, wont hold my breathe though

The food was really good. Came for Saturday lunch. There are a lot of different food options to choose from. The restaurant is clean. I would have given 5 stars except the cashier was busy on a personal phone call & another employee, who should have been picking up the done plates was also sitting in a booth on a personal call, speaking loudly as we were eating.

I used to love their food. The food selection has been the same for 14 yrs. Never hot enough and during the week the food items looks like they arent replaced , just sits out and look dry and the oil separates in the gravy for the different foods. Decided not go back in fear of food poisioning. Cooks are Hispanic not chinese.

The food was mediocre and i found a fly in it, I went up to the counter with it and the kid there couldnt be troubled to get the manager. It smelled like chlorine and there were very young children running around the whole time. It was like a cramped Chucky cheese without any games or play equipment.

Food was hot and plentiful. I love sushi but I was a little leary of their few offerings. They had this amazing beverage called rice water. I had never had it before but Im addicted! :). It reminded me of rice pudding. It was a good buffet and I would happily eat here again.
