Typically have had decent experiences with this location. Unfortunately, both service and quality has dramatically declined in the last few months. We have attempted to order and been told theyre "out of stock for the next 30 minutes" with no offer of suggestions or alternatives, when we have successfully ordered, they delivered the wrong pizzas entirely and another attempt, we were told they didnt have any pan pizzas, again with no alternative suggestions or offers. Most of this is nonsense. Likely lazy workers unwilling to do their job. Pizza Hut running out of pizza? ITS IN YOUR NAME for Gods sake. And "out of stock for the next 30 minutes?" Meaning youre making more dough? Putting together boxes? Waiting on a delivery of ingredients?? 30 minutes?? Seriously? This is why people travel across the bridge to spend money as opposed to supporting this type of incompetence.

Order was supposed to b ready at 5:47 and we got it almost 30 mins later. I was picking it up after my husband called it in. They were quick to take my money but would not even come to the counter even though all the employees saw me waiting to talk to someone about my order. Worst service ever! I have been a long time customer but rethinking where I get my pizza next time.

Almost to none pizza sauce last time sauce was sour and made me sick to my stomach very disappointed ive ordered tons of time and love pizza but i just dont know anymore everytime i order here somethings wrong or just plain or sour sauce or just taste nasty

Was a good meal! Food was prepared well, and to a standard I would expect from Pizzahut (which is an above-standard pizza). Location was clean and staff were amiable and present.

It was terrible the service was extremely slow we had to grab area from the salad bar because it was taking them a good 10 minutes after we got our food for them to bring plates

Very poor service. I was pretty much ignored for about ten minutes after finally being seated. Their priority seemed to be preparing take put orders. I left and went elsewhere.

The manager treated us like royalty. I know thats hard to believe for a PIzza Hut but I assure you, Metropolis, IL has the best Pizza Hut in the world.

Since the remodel in 2017 the appearance is much nicer and the lunch buffet is usually stocked.
