This Pizza Hut is average at best compared to other Pizza Huts in which I have dined. The restaurant is clean enough but older. The buffet is not very good typically, but in all fairness, many pizza buffets are not either. My most specific complaint comes about the repeated lack of accuracy on my orders. In the last 6 months I have gotten about 4 free pizzas because the staff CAN NOT seem to put extra sauce on a thin crust pizza the way other pizza restaurants can. I always order my pizzas with extra sauce. I have complained more than once but even the store manager was unable to get it right. I get coupons and have 2 specific pizzas I like from Pizza Hut, which are the only reasons I continue to eat there. My pizzas are usually extra dry and somewhat difficult to enjoy.

This place needs help in the worse way, people here are lazy unorganized, and down right rude , not only. Did we have to wait 10 plus min just to be seated,b because the staff was in back doing god only knows what! But the waitress forgot to write half of our orders down leaving half of us finished and the other half still waiting for their food and we only had a party of 5 and one of us being a 3 year old, that was the very last person to get her food in all it took almost 2 hours to have 5 of us get g feed never retuning to this place

If i could give it zero stars, i would. Server didnt know anything about her job. Our pizza sat in the window for more than 5 minutes before being delivered to our table. Cheese was not completely melted, and one of the pizzas had almost no sauce on it. Manager gave an insincere apology to us. No offer to comp anything for us. Will not be back.

Ordered a simple order. 1 pizza. Was told 1 hour wait time. 3 hours later I get a call from a hotel Bonner springs KS letting me know my pizza was there. I was next door.... poor service pizza hut. I got 1 pizza and garlic knots from Papa Johns just up the road for cheaper than your pizza.

Rude service. Barked at after entering that the "endless" Buffett was closed. The pizza was slow to come out and greasy. A male worker brought the pizza to the table and didnt respond after we said "thank you." To top it off the womens restroom was out of order. Not worth it!

Tried to order online for delivery and pay with cash, the order didnt go through. I called the restaurant and the manager was of no help at all. I guess that they are so busy that they dont need a $20.00 order. Will never order from them again.

The wait was like 1 hour for a simple pasta they spent a hour and a half talk in to each other in the back of if ur traveling I would recommend not going here it was probably the most horrible service Ive ever received at a resteraunt

The way I was talked to and treated on the phone makes me question why some people think they deserve to be paid at all sometimes. Didnt even order a pizza because of the conversation. Will not buy from here ever.

When you run out of medium pans of dough before 7pm, say we have to wait an hour for them and dont offer another alternative, this makes you deserve this rating.
