Generally this place is fantastic and the service is usually just as good. My most recent experience the food was wonderful but the waitress was horrible! She never told us about any specials, never returned to offer refills, never asked how the food was, but she had plenty of time to stand at the computer chatting with her coworkers in direct view of our table. The manager was great giving us a free meal coupon for two for our next visit (there were two of us dining that night), and didnt seem at all surprised by our complaint about the specific waitress. I used to hate this place because they couldnt even cook chicken tenders correctly much less a steak. But I assume they have since hired new kitchen staff because I havent had a bad food experience in a very long time. The steaks, chicken, ribs, steak tips and pork chops are all great, but my favorite is the steak tips, medium rare!

Texas Roadhouse is largely a steak place that has a gimick - it is modeled after a roadhouse - hot waitresses, dancing, peanuts (toss the shells on the floor) and beer.. Well, the wait staff are not trampy enough, the beer special was Sam Adams (what roadhouse would serve a beer from Boston?), and the only dancing is the wait staff doing line dancing every once in a while (but not always loving it. For a chain, the food is good, the staff friendly, and lots of country music played loud. While sam adams might of been the special, you can order shiner bock. Sides are decent (I love the sweet potatoes). Steaks tend to be a little over seasoned, but good quality, and cooked correctly (i.e. rare is rare) But dont think this is a real roadhouse - no drunks throwing bottles at the band.

4 stars easily. the ribeye is always my destination at the Texas roadhouse. I like their ceaser salad dressing is great because it is not too strong or light flavor. it was really crowded and we managed to get in because we were a small party. the place is clean if the peanut shells on the floor doesnt bother you. it is a very casual place to have dinner with your family and friends. our waitress name is is Leah, I would definitely ask for her next time I am eating there she was very good at paid attention to our orders.

Not knowing that Texas Roadhouse was closing at 6 on Christmas Eve, I met family from out of town there for dinner right at 6. They were about to lock the doors, but they graciously showed us a seat and served an amazing dinner! My choice sirloin steak was phenomenal, as it always it - never fatty and always cooked as ordered. Veggies and potatoes are always awesome, and the fresh rolls with butter are a definite must have. Thanks for being awesome Roadhouse!!

Favorite place to dine! Food is consistently good. Drinks are averaged priced with good specials at times (would love to see more specials on beer). We love the atmosphere (clean and fun, except for a few peanut shell hills) and staff has been always pleasant (even when super busy). We have seen some negative comments on here that just dont make any sense and are from anonymous persons?!? This place is constantly packed for a reason....

Great food. Great selection of foods. Prices were more than reasonable for the amount of food that you receive. Im in love with the sweetened peach ice tea. Military discount for the military / veterans meal. Its a great place. Amazing environment. Everyone helps everyone else to get the food out to the specific table. Everyone was super awesome. Best part is on certain songs the servers dance for you. Its a great thing to see

We normally avoid chain restaurants but are more than happy we waited 45 minutes (with 3 kids) to eat the here last night. Great steak cooked right and tasty BBQ at a fantastic price with very good service. None of us could finish our whole meal and bill for family of 5the with drinks and appetizer was under $100. Would definitely eat here again and will highly recommend entire chain to friends.

My girlfriend and I went here last weekend. The waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently. LOVE the bread and peanuts as appetizers. My girlfriend enjoyed the 6 oz sirloin steak, and my New York Strip was decent. I would argue that the sides were better than the steak. Mashed potatoes and seasoned rice were great! Overall, the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

This past week, my husband and I had a fabulous experience at Texas Roadhouse. The service by Brendan was exceptional and the manager, Jeannie, was very attentive to both her employees and guests. The food was cooked to perfection (which is not always the case at other Texas Roadhouses) and the service was wonderful. Overall, we highly recommend a visit to this establishment.

Every time we go with our kids we get seated in the back by the bathrooms in the corner. I guess its ok since kids pee a lot. I just hate how we seem to get ignored back there. Refills are next to impossable to get. Good thing the cooks know why they are doing otherwise getting a food problem fixed would be a pain. Prob wont go back.....at least not with kids.

Open a place like this in Texas and they will take you out back and shoot you. The steak was thin enough it could have been a sandwich steak, and they couldnt cook it properly with two tries. You are packed in like cattle and the booths arent roomy enough. Poorly cooked food, overpriced, and no atmosphere. Why would anyone go back?

Ive been to other ones that were great but this one was not good, the best part was thug waitress. The food was cold greasy and over cooked, the sweet tea was like water with no flavor. Somehow on my sweet potato there was about 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of butter when i smashed it together the potato turned Brown

Lots of people waiting, but they handled it well and we were seated pretty quickly considering. Friendly server and among the best steaks weve had for completely reasonable prices. The volume is a little loud in the place is the only real downside, but its a pet peeve for me personally. Their bread is made onsite, and is great.

Excellent customer service, best steaks Ive had at a restaurant. Cooked to perfection and your preference. Comes with your choice of 2 sides with many choices. All you can eat rolls with cinnamon/honey butter. Depending on the size of steak you want the prices start at $9.99. Great bang for your buck!

On February 14th 2015 I took my kids to Texas Roadhouse in Eau Claire. Three of us ordered ribs and when we got them we were very disappointed. We couldnt even pull the meat off the bone. They claim on tv that the meat just falls off the bone well it doesnt and it was a waste of money!!!

Went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time last Saturday. It was a fun environment and had plenty of staff on hand. We were treated very well by everybody and the manager stopped by to make sure we were doing ok. Great food and we will definitely be back!

As always, they have great steaks, and phenomenal bread and butter. Our server was very personable and read the situation quickly and realized he could joke around with us. Ive been to many Texas roadhouse before and this was one of the best.
