This place is very bad. With service and food. I went in today and had ordered the fajita(beef) quesadilla. I have been in here to sit down and eat before but today I ordered it as takeout. On the menu says green peppers, tomato lettuce, onions and some more stuff. When I came in about a month or two ago,maybe less than that, everything came on it they didnt ask if I wanted it ala carte(just cheese and beef). Its came with everything on it.when I went in today I said I wanted everything except the guacamole that came on it. I get home and they have me the ala carte. I called to talk to a manager and supposedly told me I told them I wanted it ala carte, I said no I said I wanted it just as it was on the menu with everything on it except for the guac. I sat on the phone with the manager for about 10 min for him to keep telling me I was wrong he told me to check my recent and I did. I NEVER said ala carte. So I asked if I could get a meal card or money back for the meal they messed up. The manager continued telling me I was wrong and said I couldnt have my money back nor a good card for a free meal of what I actually ordered. This is really upsetting how Ive gotten this before and they just must not understand enough English to understand what I was saying. Bad service and food

I had some of the worst Mexican food here. I went on a Sunday, maybe that was part of it. My relleno was good, but my whole plate was covered in what I suspect was pizza sauce from a can. There was no hot sauce on the table, and when I asked for some, they brought a bowl of green salsa. They did not offer to refill my drink. If you want a place to take grandma or the kids this will work, but there are better Mexican restaurants in town.

The food was edible, but WAY underspiced - It tasted like they didnt season anything...I had the Pollo Loco, normally my favorite dish...I was very unimpressed...the onions were warm, but definitely not cooked, and the bell peppers were raw and cold (think straight out of the fridge) my tomato was far from ripe, which is forgivable considering its March, the chicken was overcooked and very tough...we probably wont be going back...

My total was 25.01 I left a 3 dollar tip on my card and 3 more in cash and when I checked my transaction history it says that they took more than what I left them off my card. Fix this and I have no problems with this place. Just the specific server. Im pretty sure their name was alex. I was generous enough to leave more than 15% and someone got greedy. Im a server and a deliver driver so I know what both sides feel like.

Food was just okay: taco was nothing but beef & cheese - almost no spice - but kids meal was too spicy. Carnitas werent bad but were bland. They dont have near enough servers on Sat night: our server had half the restaurant and was taking 15 min to refill water. We had to ask for many things two or three times: they had her too busy. Not expensive but - at least on the weekend - still not worth it

Food was not bad; however, the menus from which we ordered were gross. They had a greasy feel, crumbs inside, salsa smeared on several pages, and when it was brought to the attention of the waitress we were assured they were regularly cleaned. After which, the dirty menus were taken and placed back in the holder for the next customers. Dont think Ill return.

This is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant!! All of the servers are friendly, welcoming, and accomodating!! We love the food, dessert, and appetizers!! We have never had bad food or service!! They recognize us from coming there for years! The portion sizes and value are excellent!! We highly recommend it!!

My Favorite Mexican Resturant! Ive been going to dine out at El Rancho for a while now and there is only good things to say. The service, food/drinks are phenomenal. The atmosphere is full of authentic mexican items and feel to it. In my opinion El Rancho is best mexican resturant around and you should try it.

Very good! Service was very slow to start. They seemed understaffed. But they kept a very friendly attitude. Once the food arrived it was very good. One dish was sub par, the corn tortilla where extra dry and stale. All in all a good place to eat. The price was not bad either. About $12 a person total.

I have been frequenting this restaurant since it opened. I have always been impressed with the fast service and impeccable food! I moved out of state two years ago but still make sure I visit El Rancho at least once when I am in town... The chicken chimmichanga is the way to go!

Usually my favorite place to go out but yesterday I went to El rancho for my birthday. My meal was tough and chewy and my margaritas had little to no tequila. Very disappointed
