Upon entering the Outback, Id noticed it was a bit to dark inside, they need a little more lighting. For an appetizer, I had Shrimp on the Barbie. Filet Mignon with Crab Meat and Sauce with, a loaded Baked Potato for my main meal. Everything was absolutely perfect except, the sauce was overwhelmed with Basil... My steak was rare and season well just as I like it. My waitress was respectful & attentive. I would definitely go back to this location...

Service was terrible....they put me and my friend in the back and we didnt get no server until a manager had to take our order then we waited 25-30min for our food....so we just left without eating and ended up going to mcdonalds....they need to step their server game up..never had a problem with them before but that was terrible and shouldnt have taken as long....never will go back

Place was empty at 1130 on Tues am, and very few people came in while we were there. Bread was cold, server only brought 2 plates for 3 if us, offered to refill Dr pepper but not water. Did not take used plates from table in timely manner. Baked potato was not warm enough to melt butter. Steak was medium not medium rare, and not warm. Disappointing meal for out of town visitors.

Ordered a rib eye steak twice now and both times the steak was so tough I couldnt even cut it with a knife. I ordered it medium rare and once it was severely overcooked, and the other was raw. Horrible food. I used to eat here very often and the food was great. But within the last year the quality has gone down the toilet. Will not be ordering here again.

After two bites of my steak I was so stuffed. Their food has to be stuffed with msg. Ive been going to the same outback for years and never had this problem. Terrible feeling. Also we were not even half way done and she was asking if we wanted a box. We were rushed and I hate when Im trying to have a nice dinner and to be rushed.

Love outback as a rule. Love there taz crawfish. But when my steak is wrong (I eat @ a steakhouse somewhere in the USA on a weekly basis [not always Outback]) and I say my steak is not cooked right dont argue with me that I dont know what medium looks like. If youre a manager act like one and fix the problem dont argue with me.

Was excited to bring a few friends to try the Snowcrabs but was completely disappointed and disgusted after getting them. No seasoning what so ever, completely No taste. I asked the waitress if they season the water at all and she said no. Im talking horrible. I will never order that again.

Ive been there many times when visiting BR and have always enjoyed their joyful staff and even more amazing foods. Steaks were cooked to my liking (med-rare), burgers were good, very good cheese fries, the pina colada is amazing. In fact, Im writing this and Im making myself hungry...

Really good experience waiter was relaxed and conversational. Did get a steak slightly overcooked , but they were willing to remake even when we said we were good, the offered to at least take care of the appetizer. Great customer service, would definitely recommend to others.

The steaks are good, but the last couple of visits have been a little underwhelming. The consistency is much better at the Acadian Thruway location. The salads are a little subpar and wait times were longer than expected. Room for improvement, but not a bad place overall.

Our waitress was sweet and attentive. The greeter was kind to open the door for my handicapped wife. The restaurant was clean My wife had crab legs and I had steak. All was very good. We were traveling threw so we may not eat there again. Thru no fault of Outback.

The customer should never have to tell the waiter what they ordered when the food gets to the table... then walk around and ask 3 other tables if it is for them... very poor service.. update James is a wonderful boss and took care of a table for 4.

Their food is not consistent not even the salads ...next time I will take the extra time to drive to the Acadian location. Very poor jobs the food is not as good as Acadian location. The staff isnt nearly as friendly either. Dont waste your time.

Everything was great ! I am a local food critic and was exceedingly pleased with the quality. The staff was super friendly and the only thing I have to comment on was the salad. It was a little dry. But over well a very tasty place to eat.

This Outback is under new management that cares about his customers and it shows. With a family of 7, our lunch today was awesome. Everybodys food order was perfect. Lunch or dinner, go grab a bite here. Thank you Mr Stephen.

I walked to outback from my apartment.I ate lunch.It was April 2017 and I celebrated national prime rib day.I got good prime rib and Mac and cheese.It was slow and only one customer eating at a table behind me.

Food was good after a long wait. Waited on drinks as well. Waitress indicated they were short staffed...it was obvious. Manager tried to accommodate us, but I hate a bad dining experience.
