I wouldnt even give this place a star at all. Faxed an order to them from Hospital staff, it was 10 orders. Called and Cora the manager said we couldnt order if it was separate orders. So we called back and told her our ATM was down at the hospital and she said that was fine we could use our cards. So a staff member leaves to pick it up and when she gets there Cora(the manager) says I told you you couldnt use a card said she was too busy to ring it up, there was only 1 customer in line. She said she meant we could use one card to pay for the whole order. We asked if she could do it this one time and she said normally I would but Im just too busy...Im shocked at the way our staff member were treated, and to waste all of the food, they had already prepared the food. I even said why would you want to waste all of that food surely we are here and can pay, and it was over 100$ in food. She was so rude to us, and the hospital staff. Our floor will no longer be ordering from this place.

We frequent here often, and its definitely one of our favorite places to get food in Martinsburg. The ingredients are fresh and the food is not overly salty or seasoned. I usually get a burrito (the regular sized ones are stuffed with food and massive), and they also have excellent queso and nachos, burrito bowls, and tacos. They have a liquor license and also sell slushies in the summertime. I recommend this place to everyone and tell them how much better it is than Chipotle! They dont skimp on the portions here, and the food is always tasty. (Also: vegetarian options!) They also offer a burrito card, like a rewards card that stores your burrito buying habits and then rewards you with free food. This is definitely the place to go if youre looking for something fast, tasty, and healthy.

If you like places like Chipotle and Moes then you will like this place. Very high quality fresh ingredients. A range of salsas to you can tweak the heat and flavor to match you preferences. The thing I love the most is that they offered two burrito sizes, small and large. While most burrito places just offer the "enough to feed a town" size this allows you to have a more modest burrito (to save room for sides which are also good) or you can still get the giant burrito if you want. We like the food so well we came back the next day and had it again before leaving town.

Food is fresh & high quality! Not a place where you have waiter - but great for quick lunch or dinner. Burritos are huge! And unlike similar chain - they have chorizo as a meat option and really good queso. Little atmosphere, noisy and cafeteria style - but this local place is WAY better than the chain with similar name. Its downtown and a little off the beaten track - but worth it.

Unfortunately, the cashier in evening look to the people who know him better than the people who do not know him .he take the price as he like . today @ 6.40pm I buy food and he cut price higher than always for same food . The price of food Different between one person and another as the cashier like and he is not friendly . Im thinking not to go to this restaurant again.

Food is awesome... Modeled after chipotle but with more of a Mexican atmosphere. Customer service is impecable, due to there ability to speak both English and Spanish. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. The location is the best part, right smack down in the center of town, cant beat that.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Locally sourced with friendly people. Could definitely use a weekend of updates and a deep clean: replace burnt light bulbs, light maintenance and such. Also add some Mexican music! Sirius is only $10 a month and would definitely add some ambiance.

Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, delicious food! The fresh salsas are awesome, the meats are well seasoned, and the prices are reasonable! Id much rather stop by Habanero for lunch than hit a drive thru. Ive filled quite a few of their "buy 9 burritos, get the 10th free" cards!

Food pretty good, service is good. A good place to go during a lunch break as an alternative to the fast food restaurants and prices are great. I am a big fan of Chipotle, and I think if they served a corn salsa at Habanero it would definitely add a bit more to the taste.

Best Mexican food in the area. There arent too many staff there, but all of them are very nice. On my last visit, Daniel was our cashier and chef. He even brought the food to our table without us asking. Overall a pristine restaurant, I highly recommend.

I was really surprised by how amazing this place was! I went for lunch and had a quesadilla with mushrooms and tofu! They did amazing tofu, which in my mind is hard to do. Great place food wise and atmosphere wise!

The burritos are actually quite good, but they use low-quality chicken and beef. They seem to be modeled after Chipotle, but theyre a tad pricier. Their habanero sauce is impressively hot, so be careful!
