Will not return. Went for dinner with family and my one year old had an accident at the table. When I went to take her to the restroom there was no sign indicating where the restrooms were. After asking and being told "back the hall" we had to move their trash cart out of the way as well as the mop and dirty water bucket to get to the restroom. Then found there was no changing table in the womans bathroom, no trashcan, and no paper towels. I had to lay my daughter on the bathroom floor to change her. When I asked an employee for paper towels she gave me a rude response like it was an inconvenience. Then the whole time we finally were able to eat all we could hear was the employees standing at the register swearing. Also meat was cold, tea was basically water, no napkins, and dirty tables.

I used to love this place. Last 2 times we were there the experience was real bad. My very last trip there, there was one person ahead of me and it took 12 minutes to get through the counter. I got the burrito bowl and the portion i got was so small, cold, chicken tasteless, and the counters were dirty with food laying around. There were one person who looked like knew what she was doing but the rest looked lost.

This location is pretty slow, and rather than providing fast customer service, they make people wait for ten minutes in order for them to maintain the supplies/food rather than planning ahead for the 5 pm rush. Also, make sure you order guacamole on the side because it costs nearly three dollars for less than a half scoop. And if your burrito bowl stays to look full they will be extra conservative on the guac.

I wish I can give less than one star. Staff treated me like an animal, food was thrown on my plate like they were feeding a dog and tables were dirty. I can see if it was busy, it was 2PM on a Wednesday in January. They must have put poo powder in the food as I went home and destroyed my toilet. Never again will I visit there.

It can get busy here during the rush hours so I usually order ahead on the Chipotle app and skip the line to pick up my food. But even when I dont use the app the staff has the line moving pretty quickly and they are always friendly. And since its Chipotle the food is amazing!

This Chipotle is absolutely unacceptable with their portion of meat. I ordered double meat and got half of what a normal serving is at any other Chipotle. If you are in the area Buckeystown Pike is a much better option. I will not return to this location.

Always great food and service. The employees here are so kind, if you ask for more rice, or your beans to be strained they are glad to do so. It can get busy on Saturdays, but the line is never long, as the employees are very fast. I highly recommend.

Worst run Chipotle i have ever been in. Dirty food not hot enough, no diet coke, no lids. Second chance fail. Last time no salt and they said none in kitchen but many boxes of salt visible through back kitchen door.

3 tacos ordered with no rice or beans, no drink was 10 bucks. The "steak" was literally 4 or 5 small cubes on each one. A pretentious food chain with decor and seating similar to a local jail just or boot camp.

This location is almost always busy, especially at dinner time. Food and staff is always friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up for fastest service.
