Contrary to previous posts, the staff were very pleasant during my visit. My first impression is this is a local restaurant attempting to be like a Chipotle, Moes, or Qdoba. The difference is the ingredients appear to be purchased from a grocery store, including the flour tortillas for the burritos and soft tacos, as theyre on the counter in a bag youd buy at the store. Also, whereas the chain stores mentioned above have consistency in their products, this place seems like the quality could vary day to day, or based on how long the food is sitting. In addition, its pricier than the chains. Also, this is a small issue, but there only 2 small trash cans by the front doors, and it seems like they shpuld at least have another near the drinks. Overall, okay, but nothing to write home about.

I hope the manager of this location reads the reviews. Ive been in twice on different days and times. This is a great little place with good food and a lot of potential...but it is just DIRTY. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty work counter, dirty soda counter. For a new building, there is no excuse except for lack of manpower or concern. If you want a pleasant, clean experience- go next door to Lelos. I would love to be a repeat customer if they get their staff on board to help maintain a clean eating environment! With just a bit of wiping and sweeping this place would get a much better review from me! I havent given up yet- I truly hope it improves!

The first week of opening I mentioned to the manager that they shouldnt put the plastic ware face up for the public container as it means people with touch the end of your utensil that you eat with while picking out theirs. Considering less than 50% of men wash their hands after using the bathroom that means that is whats touched your fork. The manager looked at me like I was an Idiot for expecting this. Still to this day its the same way. Why ? Its easier for them to show you which bin has what in it. Too lazy to make a fork , knife , spoon sign - they would rather sacrifice standard sanitary practices . Yuck

Went once and it was good- think Chipoltle. The second trip was vastly different. They opened at 10, and we were there about 10:10. They had no meats or the peppers & onions ready. I known we were there right as they opened, but if you open at a set time you should have everything ready to go. We ended up getting vegetarian burritos because thats what they had ready. Chips & queso were quite obviously from the previous day....stale & lumpy.

Its a real mixed bag, been in there several times where theyre cooking the chicken and beef at the same time the same grill with the same spatula and ones almost completely done next to it the other meat is raw and keep stirring with the same spatula… Good food most the times that little bit of a concern from there handling, lastly there often out of something the you stuck waiting while they cook more.

Great fast fresh food! I love this place, we get to zion Cross roads twice a month live it when we can stop in. Weve been here at noon, 2pm and 4pm, always a steady flow of diners for both to go and eat in. I usually take half my burrito bowl home.

Im basically a regular here now. Very good food that gets very close to chipotle yet its far cheaper and you actually have the chance to slow down and decide what you want, not rushed like in chipotle. Think of it more like subway. Highly recommend

The last two times I have been there I found my steak to be undercooked. The one female there couldnt even wrap the tortilla correctly causing everything to fall out of it as soon as I began to eat it. Not very organized
