There is a reason that the receipt was developed throughout mankinds history. Normally we go into a restaurant however we decided to go to the drive-through today, what a disaster. first we placed our order over the intercom and halfway through our order we had a different person taking the order. then we got up to the window and granted we did decide to add on an extra drink, it shouldnt of been too much trouble as there was no line behind us. So we got the drinks our order and then we pull up and we couldnt seem to find the our electronic payment card or the receipt, so we looped around and look for it and check out our order when we realize that we were missing something. So I go in to get this order straightened out and the first thing they asked me was do I have a receipt, we did find the credit card halfway through this in the car but no receipt. They were polite and did try and straighten out this order! however without a receipt it made things more difficult. one of the ways that granted avoided throwing everything out and starting over was to put gloves on and poke through the food to make sure it was right ( they thought it was beef but it was chicken which meant they needed to redo the beef one ). they quickly through on another one and cook it up and didnt ask for any extra money. Well not my worst or best experience Im not in a hurry to go back, they do have some room for improvement. but at least all the employees made me feel like I was the only person in the restaurant even if I was.

My order is always right. Its always hot. Staff is friendly. They strike up conversations while cleaning near you so its not weird. They are attentive to the stores cleanliness and bathrooms. Ive only ever encountered one rude employee and she wasnt there a few weeks after that visit. I recommend this taco bell.

Went through drive thru and recover no ice in drink. Proceeded in to fill cup up with ice and ssid to msnsger no ive in cup..he was more worried about being on phone. Then he says machine is down, I say this ones not. He had nothing to say.

Really disappointed in their new Cantina bowl. Website says "Can Taco Bell do gourmet?" DEFINITELY NOT IS THE ANSWER. Even with a buy one get one free coupon hardly worth the price. Disappointed because I enjoy their regular menu.

Nice lady at the drive thru window, but I would appreciate more getting all of the items I paid for. Too many times I’ve patronized this place and for some reason they always forget to put my caramel empanada in my bag. SMH!
