I was in for dinner a month to a month in a half ago for early dinner, when I went to take my 8yr old daughter to the restroom, there were two waitresses standing in there talking to someone in stall , the person who walked out of the stall was a male waiter holding aluminum foil and a lighter, with something smoking from it, I quickly turned to leave and they seemed panicked , I went and spoke with the female manager who said she was the General manager, she apologized so coldly it felt like it was scripted??? She didnt seem surprised or upset, just bothered , she said she would handle it and gave me a coupon, I called a few days later and spoke to a male manager named Jake or Jack, he seemed so polite and sincere, and said he would speak with the manager and staff, I believed him, well .... I went back last night , thinking a month is more that enough time to clean that up. Nope there was a waitress falling asleep standing up. And guess what IT IS THE SAME WAITRESS WHO WAS IN THE BATHROOM DOING DRUGS. and then I look and the guy waiter from the stall he was working also. So We have a huge drug problem here in the panhandle , so WHY WOULD A CORPORATE COMPANY WHO SELLS FAMILY FRIENDLY DINNING , ALLOW WORKERS TO COME TO WORK HIGH AND DO DRUGS AT WORK WITH WHat looks like NO PUNISHMENT. WHY WOULD THE DRUG ADDICTS GET HELP THEY CAN GO GET A JOB WHO LETS THEM DO ANYTHING. WE ARE ALSO GOING TO PUSH OUR WONDERFUL CHARLES TOWN POLICE TO check all this out if the woman in charge at the restaurant wont fix it ,then its up to us parents who dont WANT TO WORRY IF MY WAITERS ARE GOING TO OD IN FRONT OF OUR CHILDREN WHEN WE TAKE THEM OUT FOR DINNER.

If you were to pick the worst Ruby Tuesday to visit in all of America, this would be the location. The one and only time I was there we were seated right in front of a table of 8 that had just left. The dirty dishes were left the whole time we ate, a pretty distasteful experience, pardon the pun. When I suggested to a waitress that maybe the dishes should be bused, she said somethong like, "its OK, they will get to them" This in a deserted restaurant.. Never again.

Of all Ruby Tuesdays, this is the only one that has conspicuously fewer items at the salad bar. My Sunday brunch order of steak benedict came with NO hollandaise. Every bite I kept trying for it, to no avail. Told server, who then asked me, was it okay otherwise. What otherwise?!? Benedict means hollandaise! Then told mgr, who apologized but offered absolutely nothing in concession for the flavorless meat and eggs on bread. No more family visits to this RT.

Havent been here in over a year, but the service is great and we love their salad bar. Unfortunately for me, I ordered their panko crusted shrimp and it came to me over fried. When I mentioned this to our female server, she checked with the chef in the back only to be told that they only change their deep fryer oil on Sundays so basically once a week. Not what I wanted to hear. My husband had a chicken dish which was quite delicious.

I will NEVER visit your restaurant nor will I EVER recommend it! Your hostess that was on duty yesterday evening was extremely RUDE , unpleasant and RACIST!! If you hire people that ACT like white trash when they "suppose" to "welcome" your customers believe me you will have a rapid DECLINE in customers! If you are not WHITE stay AWAY! your night will be ruined the moment you walk into the restaurant!!!

Service is excellent I have been in this location twice and certainly cant complain about that. I do however think the place needs a deep cleaning and a face-lift. I also really enjoy eating the salad bar and have been there at two different times and it looked like things could have been more fresh or the bowls cleaned up a bit. Overall though it was an enjoyable experience

Had a server there named Mike or Michael, He was awesome, when asked what he liked on the menu, you told us things that he liked and how he likes things prepared. Couldnt have taken better care of us if he tried. To bad he was at work and couldnt have had a beer with us.

We stopped here while passing through. Good food and friendly, attentive service. The sandwhiches and onion rings were excellent. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh items except the broccoli salad was dry and plain and not as good as it is at other Ruby Tuesdays.

Ordered off the special lunch menu and got the 1/2 rack of ribs, salad bar and key lime pie. The ribs were meaty and moist. The salad bar was fresh and full of different vegetables and toppings. The dessert was good but never had blueberries served on key lime pie.

The waiter was friendly but the good quality was aweful. I got a petite sirlone, it was so chard and skinny. Like they threw a dog toy on my plate and called it a day. The mash potatoes were not even hot. It was cold! Never again will I come back.

Today wasnt a good day. The service was very slow. It took so long that when the waitress came to get our drinks, we provided our entire order. The potstickers appeared and tasted like it just came out the freezer and over cooked in toaster oven.

Waited 15 min for my food for the waiter ti come out and tell me they dont have it i wasnt so happy and when they came out with my other order the meat was bad i would never go there again and i wouldnt recommend antly one go there

The food is good. I love the garden bar. The server we had sucked. Some flighty, young girl who kept forgetting about us even though she only had 2 tables. So that was annoying. The other servers were efficient, though.

Like a typical Ruby Tuesday but the outside and location looks run down. It appears safe but just not in a trendy area to be popular. Salad bar was great, food was typical for Ruby Tuesday.

BE ALERT. Last time we dined at this subpar restaurant there were extra charges placed on out creedit card. Bad food and skimmy money from us. STAY AWAY!

Where the chase down or waitress. Food was horrible I had to get them to take it off my check. Garden bar was great. Thats the only attraction at this place
