Ive only eaten their breakfast food, but it has gotten progressively worse. Shredded hash browns are wet and not cooked well at all. My fiance got the crepes and they were not cooked. Asked for another set and they were cooked exactly the same, with the crepe batter being browned on the outside abd quite raw on the inside. The wait staff and managers seem attentive and able to realize when guests are/arent satisfied. I know this because the first couple times we ate there, it was quite good and were checked on multiple times by our server and the manager in friendly fashions. This last time (10/25/14), and other prior times, where the food quality was not so good, we were passed over by management and our own server. Probably will not be eating here again.

This place is actually between a 3 and a 4. I dont know if reservations can be made, but coming to the place, you will most likely have to wait for a while to get a table, and then a while longer for the food. The place is usually rather loud from nearby people, but not always in a bad way, with a bit of a chatty atmosphere. There are not many healthy options but there are a number of them. The coffee is normal in taste as well as many of the food items, all of a slightly better than average quality. Certain items, however, are amazing, such as the crepes. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice and it is overall a nice breakfast place.

This is our last visit. Price has gone up and portions have gone down. Service was horrible today. Tables open and we were stuck by door opening to cold air. Never served since of my food. Utensils were forgotten. Watched other people sat where we were told was not available. It all started standing 10 minutes being ignored and then when hosts came to us ignored on way to and say at table.

We ordered Bob Evans to go...our food looked like they literally could care less. The over easy eggs were cooked through, they hid one that broke all the way on the bottom. The scrambled eggs & potatoes were barely cooked. There werent even any napkins in the bag. An iced tea wasnt ready & the woman started to help someone else before even finishing getting a tea. Very disappointing.

Great location in the Hagerstown area, clean and well-managed. Came here on a Saturday morning (~9:30am) and it was crazy packed, but only had to wait about 4 minutes for a seat to open up for two! Great food and service, definitely kept the coffee filled and got us our food very quickly. Definitely a great fast, sit-down breakfast place for a large, or small group!

The waitress was great! The food was disgusting and cold. The worse part is was that it was dead in there. No reason the food should have been cold. My order was even missing half the things that it was supposed to have on it (dont the cooks know there own menu??). I will not be back to this one again. This was the second time this happened.

When we travel we always stop at Bob Evans! We are always assured of a delicious meal at a great price--and there is always something for everybody. Just tried the herb crusted chicken picnic meal this past weekend and it was an unbelievable deal at $9.99 for two thighs/legs, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and two awesome biscuits.

Nice clean, bright restaurant with plenty of tables. I have gone here several times and never had to wait to be seated. The staff is friendly, and the food and service is very good. They have a large menu selection and breakfast is served all day.

Ordered the vegetarian omlet and it was cold and uncooked (slimey). Waitress ordered me another one. Second one came out was so flat and dry. With barely any vegetables. By the looks of the reviews they need to hire better cooks. Very disappointed.

Great lunch. I ordered the chicken tenders with barbeque sauce and fries with sweet tea for a drink. Food was great, barbeque sauce was great, the service was great and it was very clean inside. Thanks for the great lunch!

The food is basic, fruit was unripe, and the waitress was slow with the drink refills and the bread baskets. Other than that, the restaurant was clean and looked nice. It was just kind of an okay experience.
