They are absolutely horrible here! My husband and I live near by and we will happily be driving to the subway in over in the Mill Plain Area from now on. I would give them NEGATIVE Stars for a review if I could. They need to audit and secret shop their employees, fire most (especially Kyleigh; who constantly seems distracted by wanting to leave), re-train their staff on Customer Service and lower their price point per sub (their sub prices are increased by $3 which we were told by their own staff that they dont even believe thats allowed). Bottom line: DONT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY IF YOU WANT TO "EAT FRESH" AND HAPPILY!

Bar none worst Subway in the entire Vancouver area!!! My wife and I go to Subway multiple times a week, and not only does this location charge more ($3 more than the Vancouver locations for two veggie subs - which I dont think is allowed). The customer service is like getting slapped in the face. If you see a short red haired girl named kylee-something working, just turn the eff around and walk out, go over to Safeway and get your sub sandwich there. Youll thank me.

I had the displeasure of purchasing my lunch there today. There were 3 employees working one of whom did not want to change his gloves so he was foolishly working the cash register with his elbows. The person making the sandwiches was rude and didnt bother asking how I wanted my sandwich made she just assumed. I will definitely not be eating at this particular subway again.

Very slow, probably because theyve been understaffed every time Ive been there. Two people is not enough coverage during lunch or dinner. Last visit, it was only one person during dinner time. Poor guy deserves a medal-- line out the door, working as fast as he could-- but I couldnt wait. Im not likely to return.
