My friend and I went here for dinner last night and had a subpar experience. We were seated a good 7-10 minutes before we received water, and after our order was finally taken, we waited another 25-30, and neither of us had ordered anything out of the ordinary. At least two tables seated 5-10 minutes after us received their dinners well before we did. All told, we were there for slightly over an hour. When our food (which was average Mexican fare, and slightly cold) finally arrived, we got to take just a few bites before my daughter had a meltdown and we needed to leave so other patrons werent disturbed. (We try to choose dining establishments with a expected quick service time to prevent that very thing from happening.) Paying the check took a long time as well, and we had to get our own to-go boxes. We will not visit this restaurant in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had family come from out of town so I called and made reservations for 12 people. Get there 15 min earlier just so that we could let them know that we were there. Being nice you know. We get told that they had no reservations for us. Then about 5 min later another person said that they did have them but because they got busy they decided not to honor our reservation. We will NEVER GO BACK THERE.

When you walk in youll find a typical Mexican restaurant, when you look at the menu youre going to find what youd expect...Mexican food. When you get your food youre going to find something quite a bit different. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. This price is right where it should be. Its probably not the cheapest Mexican food in town but its very likely the best.

Good food, horrible service....... Didnt offer us desert. Just put the bill down after they gathered our plates and said thanks for coming. Was my wifes Birthday, and they didnt acknowledge. Use to go there for Birthday and events, never again. Another Washougal restaurant with crappy service.

Place looks nice but the service sucks. I ordered a Coctel de camaron witch was just tomato juice with 6 shrimp, no flavor and to top it of I didnt get utensils or napkins. For a mexican restaurant it only has the looks. How can they have 2 stablishment on the same street about a mile apart.

We love this place! My husband was convinced he wouldnt like it before we even got there, but boy he was wrong! We go all the time and love it! Better than most of the Mexican places we have tried in portland. Black berry margaritas are so tasty! We havent had anything that was not good!

I go here all the time with my fiancé:) they have amazing food, and are very friendly, I love their chimichangas, never a disappointment. I think the people that gave bad reviews on here are just touchy. Waiting 5 minutes extra isnt bad when the quality is better than anywhere else!

Love this place. Always has excellent food and service. The Cantina is amazing and super fun on Fridays and Saturdays! Great place to go on the weekends for sure! Authentic Mexican food and fun from REAL MEXICANS! Absolutely LOVE the culture, the ambience and LIQUOR!

Every time we go there the service is amazing. We get seated quickly and our food/drinks always come out fast. The food is alway hot and never less than we expect. The waiters are alway quick to help and have a smile on their faces!

I ordered a chimichanga, and I got frozen burritos like what you but at the grocery store. The waiter forgot things we ordered, the sides and add ons were expensive, ugh. Not a good place to eat.
