Since when cant a fast food place substitute?!?!?! Since the workers are too lazy to do so thats when....I tried to order a deli trio sandwich in which I only had time to swing through drive thru on my way to work and they say we are out of turkey. so I say ok can you sub the ham for the turkey? and the answer was no we cant do that....since when exactly? I have always been able to sub items here but whether they were lazy or just flat out didnt want to help me im not sure. alls I know is I will go to ANY Jack in box before Bonney Lakes again!! Total BS! So if I wanted an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and you were out of bacon or cheese does that mean I cant even have the ultimate cheeseburger? Bad bad bad business

I must be a glutton for punishment.. After a few less than friendly visits to this location, the icing on the cake was finding a bloody, green booger on the wrapper on my sandwich.. a fuggin BOOGER. I brought it in and demanded a refund... None was given. She (Amanda, one of the managers) claimed it was lettuce.. It had a nose hair and blood in it. Is that a common thing for lettuce?? I reported it to corporate… still no response from them. Everyone in there has always been short and rude with me, and the only time anyone is "nice" they are always doing it seemingly to just be smarmy. As a business owner, I would be embarrassed of owning an establishment like this.. absolutely horrible.

I live across the street from this location. The food is great if they get ypur order right wich the only thing you cam count on with them is that it wont be. Ive worked in he fast food industry for four yrs now and i sti cant underslond why they cant make food right or ring up right? This locations never even busy. So heads up check your order amd bag before leaving withoit a doubt somthing wi be wrong.

I love Jack in the Box in Bonney Lake!! The only complaint I have is that every time I get a Jumbo Jack from there the lettuce is white..i mean come on who wants to eat white lettuce?! I like my lettuce green thanks! Anyway, other than that great food, great service and they always give me as much ranch as I want :) which I love!

Dumbest staff, i think the staff is always high on weed, they thought i ordered 20 meals. I ordered 1, luckily fixed before charged. I watched then grab my fries completely with there hands as well instead of using the scooper. Jack in the box, please make sure your staff are not under the influence while on the job

We have not gone to Jack in months due to finding a rubber band in with one of our sandwiches and then another time, instead of mayo they put ranch on my burger. Gross to both. What is going on with these fast good places? Not good. Too bad, I used to really like Jacks too.

Good food and Jack always has some of the best coupon deals. Had the Ultimate dbl bacon cheesburger, very good. The breakfast all day really seals the deal. Had good meal and place is tidy. Great service.
