We came in and it was pretty busy, the waitress sat us gave us menus, and went away, we looked over the menu decided on what we wanted and waited for the waitress (we also got a game from there little game section and played it on our table) and we, waited, and we waited Some more patiently I figured they were busy, finally I looked over to the kitchen and caught the eye of a waitress, she came over and said oh you havent been taken care, we said no, figured you were busy its all good, she took our order and went and put it in. We waited for our food, talked and played games, a older gentleman came out (Im guessing owner or manager) with our pizza, I immediately started putting away the game to make room and he said right away " you need to move that game were gonna need more room than that" (obviously I was moving it) as he was putting it down he said since you had the pizza rushed and all.....I said excuse me? Who said rushed? He said they put rush on the pizza ticket were trying to go as fast as we can and said they were shorthanded, as on one of the servers hadnt came in...I said no one asked the pizza to be rushed. Obviously the waitress felt bad we got ignored and put rush on the ticket, and for that we got chastised by a very rude manager/owner. The pizza was great but cause of the rudeness I will not be going again. Poor attitude man.. not a good way to get customers coming back.

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Ordered a pizza yesterday by saying "Id like a gluten free / vegan crust with only marinara sauce, pepperoni and black olives-- thats it". When I got my pizza it was covered in cheese, which Im allergic to. When I called about it, the woman spent most of the time talking down to me, saying that I should have specifically said "no cheese". She was condescending and rude, rather than trying to find a solution for a customer. Finally (I assume after speaking with management) she said "just this once" they would remake the pizza, but I had to pay the $3.25 delivery fee. I understand that maybe I should have been more specific when ordering, but I couldnt believe how she was speaking to a customer. To add insult to injury, the replacement pizza was a undercooked. I wanted to support a local business, but I probably wont be back here.

Ever since they remodeled, something is missing. The charm? The speed of service? The connection with the kitchen? Not sure, but I do know that the reason Im dropping my stars on this local favorite is because the last time I was there, it was not busy, all I wanted was a slice and an iced tea and it was VERY slow. The slice was not anywhere near as good as the pizza usually is, had been reheated in a weird way that made it tough to eat, and the iced tea was instant! There is a sterile-ness in the dining room now that was not there before and if I could recommend anything, its to sit outside for ambiance and maybe hope that they put in TVs to give you something to do while youre waiting in an empty dining room for so long. Sorry guys.

Im a NYer so Im a bit of a pizza NAZI. Its alright, Ive had much worse in the Portland area. This place is one of the best in Vancouver, but not even close to NY style pizza. The whole "Famous Bread Sticks" thing is crap. They just took their pizza crust and put some butter and parm cheese on it and called it a day. I felt cheated. I must say the Dijon Mustard Ricotta was really addicting. I actually never had that combo before, but it was very comforting. Its one of those things that tastes soooo familiar, but you havent had before. But in the end a condiment shouldnt be your selling point lol. I think this is a place that would satisfy all West Coasters, but for us East Coasters...hop yourself down to "Escape from New York".

Love, love, love their pizza! Absolutely outstanding service, quality, and atmosphere. A bit spendy, but well worth it. When Im tight on money but need a delicious snack, I go for the cheesy breadsticks. A mini order will only run you 5 bucks and will certainly bring about satisfaction. Great LOCAL company. Youre not going to get a large pizza for 15 bucks. Think closer to twice that or more. However, you are buying into quality ingredients. Local company=local prices. Youre supporting a small business and getting more than heated frozen pizza shipped from half way around the country. This is the real deal. Prepare yourself for the awesomeness.

Called in a delivery. The guy who answered sounded like he was 16 and had just taken a huge bong rip. I understand they have to be very thorough while taking down the address, however he was plain rude. I gave him my address twice and he once again asked me if there was an apartment or unit number. I again repeated my address and he got defensive "okay! I got it , I got it!" Just had a bad attitude and poor customer service. I would be pissed if I had someone working for me treating customers like an outspoken teenager treats his mom.

Ive only eaten from here once, and I didnt dine in, I had it delivered (pretty expensive). I got a medium pizza with pepperoni, and it was okay. I didnt eat all of it, so I put the box in the fridge. The next morning I was pumped to eat day-old pizza for breakfast (my favorite breakfast), but it was AWFUL, somehow. The crust went stale and crackery, all greasy on the bottom; the cheese slid right off. I have never seen day-old pizza that was so bad. If you get their pizza, eat it all tonight!!

SIMPLY AMAZING. Im a Celiac and have eaten GF pizza in dozens of places around the country. They have the best GF Pizza AND Gluten Free Cookies, Cheese Cake and GF Vegan Mini Apple Pies you can find anywhere!! Also have GF beer and cider. Hands down my fav place to eat in Vancouver. Service is friendly and accurate...not the typical after-school teenage staff youll find at most pizza places. My family and coworkers eat here several times per month and you should too!

Had an extremely awkward experience in the restaurant-- difficult to explain. They had multiple people working, but few seemed to actually be doing their job- let alone doing it efficiently. The prices on the pizzas were high, so decided to get a calzone and salad (to-go) instead. They were both alright... but nothing special, and still relatively pricey for quality and quantity. Most likely wont be going back unless if I have very limited alternative options.

Never going back. Ordered food to go. When I got home part of the order was missing. I called them intending to go back at pick it up. The young man that answered was hemming and hawing. Apparently couldnt figure out what to do. Finally came up with did I want to come back and pick it up. I said a simple "so sorry this happened" would have been nice. His response "you dont have to be rude about it!! Expensive place for pizza and half orders.

Wonderful local pizza place with some of the best pizza crust I have ever ate. Plus a ton of choices and toppings makes it easy when youre a vegetartian and having a hard time in vancouver finding places to eat out. Also having gluten free and wheat crust as options to customize to others needs. I also love the Renaissance salad (blue cheese, craisins, greens, onions, etc. I add walnuts) so good!
