I had the Mudslide Cupcake & my husband had the Coconut Cupcake. We were both blown away by how moist & delicious the cupcakes were. My husband especially. Typically when he orders any sort of pastry or dessert with coconut, he is always disappointed how little coconut is used. With this cupcake, he was delighted to find that within the moist cupcake was plenty of coconut, as well as using plenty of toasted coconut as a garnish atop the cream cheese frosting. Scrumptious. Also the staff was very friendly & helpful.

I love this place! Ive tried several of their cupcakes and all of them have been really, really good. The mocha, lemon coconut, and red velvet are particularly good. I also like their brownies. They use good quality chocolate and their cupcakes are always fresh and moist, unlike a lot of places. The girl that runs the place is very friendly too. Hope this place sticks around. Its nice to have some good stuff in Vancouver.

I called first to make sure that they had some hand pies, because I was driving a long distance. The gal that answered the phone was very nice and assured me they had plenty. She even asked me if I wanted her to set some aside. I went in and she was just as pleasant in person. The hand pies and toffee cookies are amazing. Always consistent and delicious experience at Treat.

Had such a wonderful time! The staff working was incredibly friendly and really showed us a good time. I will absolutely be back!! The Stumptown Guatemalan cold brew was insanely tastey, the praline cookies were so moist and delicious. You have to get some of the vanilla bean ice cream too!! We got almost one of everything and nothing was disappointing.

The nicest thing about Treat is the customer service. Theyre very friendly. Their treats are baked fresh too! Its rare to find freshly baked goods in a shop like this. However that means you gotta get there around noon so there are plenty of yummy goodies left ^_^ <3

Ordered a treat long distance from Canada for my sister who lives in Vancouver. The staff were extremely helpful via email and telephone. They even sent a photo of what we ordered, plus confirmation of when it was delivered. Very impressive customer service!!

Owner is rude to her staff, her customers, and her mom in front of people. It makes people uncomfortable. not the worst food but the owner needs some customer service skills. There are better ways to fill a craving for sweets. ..l..(_)..l..

The owner REFUSED to sell me a sugar cookie plain (without frosting). She said Customers have complained they taste bad w/o frosting. Lol! She handled the situation so horribly that it was comical. I will NEVER go back.

Very limited selection. A bit over priced and frankly owner was rude!!! She also has a bad habit of refusing to sell what she puts out on display. Keeps really strange hours. Wont bother going back

Wow! What a great hidden gem. Fabulous handmade treats. The Ding Dongs are exactly what they are supposed to taste like and from scratch soft serve ice cream is unheard of.
