This is the worst Taco Bell. I try to avoid going to this location at all costs. Every single time I have gone here I have had issues with my order, the customer service is terrible. They are often goofing off at the drive thru window. I like to get a cheesy roll up, this location never melts the cheese so I get a tortilla with barely melted cheese inside. I get a bean burrito no onions; every single time there has been onions. I get a spicy potato taco but I ask for no sauce, every time there has been sauce. I dont eat meat so I ask to sub beans for meat, they say no problem but then I receive meat. This location needs to get their act together.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Youre telling me that having two separate orders is too much for you to do while youre "understaffed"? Whats the difference if I just drive through 2 times. All you do is make the customer wait longer for their food. Waste their gas. And wastes our time. Guess what, you still have to make the same amount of food. That is the worst excuse. If you can avoid going to this Taco Bell. Then do it, management should be looking into this location.

Not ok at all. My wait in the drive through was around 15 mins and the server didnt care at all. I asked for a phone number to call to complain and they just told me to check my receipt, they didnt even do anything to make the experience better. The survey on the receipt did nothing to make this right. My order was wrong and sloppily put together. Everything about this experience was terrible. I bet this review wont even get answered, that shows you how little they care.

Worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant!! Wife kids and myself waited 25 minute for a 7 item order. By this time Im irritated and just want my money back. Im told there is no one there that can give me a refund. I tell the girl Ill take my food to go than and she throws a paper bag on the counter. Ill never go back to this Taco Bell again. What a joke! I feel bad for the good employees stuck under this owner in a store like this.

Went there with my mom to get a quick lunch today and noticed the drive thru was packed , at least 6 cars waiting. Went in to be told by 2 customers sitting with no food that the wait is 50 min. Then had the young man behind counter tell me they only have two line people and they were way too busy in the drive thru. This is horrible and not good business. Im super disappointed in their customer service and will not be going back .

I ordered one chicken quesadilla to go inside and it took over 10 minutes (should of drove through)... server didnt say thank you or how is your day... In the past they have mistaken close to 20-30% of orders. Closest to my house but unfortunately seldom a great experience.

Literally went from being the best taco bell to the worst. Never ever been turned off on taco bell what so ever and ive lived 19 years. This taco bell slops together everything. Wont catch me at another taco bell unless it aint me buying. Manager should just give up on life

Cheesy greasy fattening late night! Was the only option crummy customer service. Typical Taco Bell missed a couple of things in my order not worth going back for. Corporate Americas take on Mexican fast food. Will not return to this location

Dont waist your time on something that is over cooked and dry, and its like napkins and souce are coming out of there pay check, no napkins at all and one souce that is wrong anyways, asked for a mild one got fire. Should of known better

Great employees here! Fast order that is (usually) correct the first time! Drive thru can be congested as times. Going inside is an easy fix for not waiting. Unless the lobby is closed late night.
