I have always liked Taco Time. The food used to be pretty good at a decent price. The Taco Time in Estacada is terrible. It is not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes for your order. Then they usually have the order wrong. The staff is somewhat rude if they even talk to you at all. The prices are outrageous. I am very disappointed that Estacada has to settle for this restaurant. I will not be visiting any Taco Times now due to the fact that the one in Estacada has done such a poor job. I will be advising others to look at other options as well in hopes that this town can have a decent fast food place.

Very slow, hastily thrown together food. No heat or air conditioning because the owner refuses to spend money. Taco Times food generally tastes fine, but often requires reassembly. Always check your order before leaving; staff will not correct an order that has left the building. Vegetarians should not eat here; their indicators between chicken and cheese are not clear enough to guarantee a meat-free meal. My experience with A&Ws food is that it seems to be lower quality than Taco Times.

Horrible worst customer service ever. The girl actually rolled her eyes at us when we asked for salsa. Then we where told a little container would cost .60 cents. Food portions were the smallest undersize that Ive ever seen. Over price for the attitude.

Value per dollar is very poor. The chips are almost always rubbery. They get microwaved to make them warm but it only ruins them. In general the people that work there seem just barely above miserable. Its kind of a sad place...

I dont like harping on businesses, but it can get frustrating when nearly every order has been wrong. Food is okay. Its convenient if you like to wait in line for a while. Not a terrible place.
