Second time our food was horrible. This time we dined in with our 1 year old. When the waitress came over we ordered a meal for our son (hoping that it would come before everything else), an appetizer, drinks and pizza. Our appetizer came very quickly, they gave us a large order instead of the small, but said it was on them. Our pizza came after some time and finally our sons food. The pizza was not piping hot as we expected it to be since we dined in (we usually order to go). Our sons chicken was good, but his broccoli and cheese was horrible it wasnt even cooked and the cheese just looked nasty like it had sat there for an hour. We told our waitress and she asked us if we would like her to order another and we said yes. It never came. She never back to ask us if our food was good or to even check if we got our replacement broccoli. We waited a long time for our food and it wasnt even hot, as if it sat under the light for 15 minutes before it was brought out to us. I was anxious to leave and we had to ask for bill. We followed her up to the front to speed up the process as I just wanted out of there as I was upset with the whole ordinal. Her comment was, they never brought that out to you. She took that off our bill and later when I looked she had charges us for a large when I asked for a small (he is one after all). Overall disappointed and we love this place. I dont think well ever go back. The one in Tansaborne, we never had a problem eating there or taking out, always fantastic. Dont know what the deal is with the one at Mall 205, but its really crappy.

Not good and so slow!! How can it take 30mins to get food on a Monday afternoon? ?? And the he brought everything at once appetizers and all! Dumb guy! You order appetizer bec you are hungry right now and want something to eat while waiting for your main course!! After bring all the food appetizer, salad pizza all at the say time he did not come back at all and after 20 more mins of trying to find him so we could get our check and boxes, we had to go up to the front and ask some lady for boxes and our check! Do not go here even at 2pm on a Monday if you dont have 2 hours to just sit around and wait!

A Boulder, CO chain of pizza joints, though the menu has expanded to include much more than pizza & calzones now. Large pizzas have gotten quite small over the years, here and elsewhere. I grew up in NJ where a large pizza was 22" to 26", a medium was 18" to 20" and a small was 12" to 14". OCs large ale crust pizza is about 16", enough for one very hungry guy or two normal people. Place used to be an almost daily visit years ago. Dont come often anymore. Mostly because Im too busy. And most of the people I used to know really well have left long ago. But the food is still good and they have nice servers. Have changed the menu a lot but still like it. Only thing I can say I dont like is how they remodled the place. Before it had a warm friendly vibe to it with lots of stuff on the walls sort of like red robin. Now it feels empty and sort of cold and the lighting is dimmer too. Other than that I still like the place.

The appertizers were great, but the pizza was awful, we told our server we did not like the pizza, he got a manager and she agreed that the crust did not look right, so she took it away, let us order something else and then comped our meal. All we paid for was the appetizers. They did a great job making sure we left happy. I will be back. Jesse, our server was so professional and handled the situation well. Thanks for that Jesse, you deserve a bonus!

I was there on 2-8-17 and had the worst service ever. So slow, we were there 30 minutes before anyone took our order, another 30 before we got our food. She acted like she heard me (nodded, said okay) when I asked for a box/check, then came back 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted a box. On the rare occasions she checked on us, she kept telling weird, random stories. I think she might have beem high. All total we spent over 2 hours there.

Its a big chain. It feels like any number of others in all ways: chilis, fridays, applebees, etc... except there are over 100 beers available at all times. For fun, join the beers of the world club, and start drinking! You earn prizes for reaching certain landmarks on various "beer tours". If youre a real pro, you can go down in history with a coveted spot on the "hall of foam". Fun!

Waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted. Didnt get a drink menu. Ordered a beer before lunch, waiter came back halfway through our food (brought by a different server who didnt speak a word to us) to inform us that they wouldnt honor the lunch price for it, even though it wasnt on the exclusions list. At that point, screw it. Slow, poor service all around.

Eat at your own risk!!! Decided to try old chicago pizza today, service was slow and food took forever to get to us with hardly any other customers ....big mistake 2 out of my 3 kids have ended up puking and with diarrhea and my husband has ended up the same. I nor my family will not be going back to an old chicago pizza anytime soon!!

This place is just ok. We use to come for happy hours and to watch the games, but the past few times we would leave with a stomachache from the food. The pizza is horrible. You can count the pepperoni slices and the dough isnt crisp on the edges. The appetizers are alright, but not worth the gastrointestinal problems later on.

The pizza and service is fine, but it is absolutely nothing close to authentic Chicago pizza at all. So if you dont want Chicago style pizza, this place is easily a 3.5 star chain restaurant youve been to hundreds of times. But if you want Chicago style pizza (as their name implies) go elsewhere, worst "Chicago" Pizza ever.

Had a pretty big group for a birthday party 10-3-14, manager was great from making the reservation to the interaction the evening of, the waiters were also great. Have to give a high five to the main waiter for being able to keep the orders straight. Just wanted to send a THANK YOU for helping making the occasion a fun one.

So I gave this place 3 stars because I have had mixed experiences here. Twice before Ive gotten the double decker pepperoni pizza and it was awesome. This last time, the pizza dough was still doughy on the inside and the amount of pepperoni on the "double decker" was less than a normal serving.
