After ordering my and my 2 kids food i got up to the drive through window to pay and get my food, i handed the kid my card and after he swiped my card i found out that i paid for the wrong order. I did NOT get a appology, then i got the wrong drinks after paying for my order to. I handed the drinks back telling him they were wrong just to have the wrong drinks delivered again then i was asked to wait at the front of the store for my food. I waited a few minutes then the same kid came out with my food. He did not hand it to me I had to take it out of his arms, then he dropped my kids food said oh sorry then walked away. This is not the first time i have had issuse with this place but never this bad. I will never go back to that place and have told all my friends and family to not go there.

My cheese was not even melted on my burger. This does not mean i want it in the microwave, i want it fresh. Fries salty, the balance way off on my soda. The chicken fries are honestly the worst thing I have ever tried. There is no option to give 0 stars so they get 1 star. The manager had the audacity to tell me to "next time tell them you want it freshly made". Wow something is really wrong with that picture, people should not have to ask for their food to be fresh smart one. Apparently if you do not ask you end up with hour + old food. This is not the same whopper I ate as a kid.

My daughter used to love working there but the manager kept harrassing her untill she quit.My daughter has medical conditions that she is prescribed marijuana for and the manager went through her stuff in the break room and threatened to fire my daughter for having her medicine at work.yet the same manager bregs about taking marijuana tincture regularly at work.3/4 of the employees smoke in the parking lot yet my daughter had to go to the restroom and cry because she was humiliated in front of everyone by the manager for her medicine.She needs to be fired.

Not even 1 star worth. Go thur drive thur get parked when no one is behind me. Then about 5 mins in to waiting I see cars leave drive thur. 10 mins later and still parked they finally come put with my food. Hot food in the bag with my salad but that not the topper of the problem so in 1 thats 1 bag they put a whopper 2 fries 2 Jr whoppers and a 10 pc nugget the bag was ripped in 3 spots. They might of just put everything in the salad bag. Then I paid for a whopper with bacon and got 1 without bacon. Yup and they want 15 an hr.

Horrible experience on the 3rd visit. Either they just dont care, lazy, or both. The last visit was awful. Got told to wait for a chicken sandwich and nuggets. 45 mins it took. I have been to actual restaurants that made their food from scratch that serve in less than 8 min and your telling me that a fast food joint with premade ingredients takes almost an hour? What a joke. Not all Burger Kings are like this but avoid the Yelm location.

WTF, I wait 15 minutes for a number 8 ( Chicken sandwich meal ) finally get up to pay and get served a coke with no ice ( NO ICE IN THE BUILDING ) So I give the coke back, no credit, the get home to find my chicken sandwich is served up with brown lettuce. Disgusting!!! We trust these people with our food and pay for crap food and service. Suggestion to customers, their are other choices, use them. Wont go back.

Idky... but the burger king in Yelm WA is terrible with service, every time I go there, and the food is always cold. lol.. its Yelm.. not a big city. Ive been here 8months and its the same crappieness. I hope burger king finds better management to clean up the place and their servers because I really like burger king. Unfortunately I can not stop here again till they fix the problem.

Every time I have gone there my order has been wrong. This last time was the worse than ever! The fries were old and cold, so was the whopper. I ordered an american chicken sandwich and it was burnt and had a half piece of wilted lettuce with no mayo and didnt have the cheese I ordered. Will never go back

No matter what they just could not get it right so we gave up went in the day with receipt and manager was rude wouldnt fix our food all because my dog got into the bags that even then I still offered to show her, but because we went in the magical book we were screwed, we wont be eating here ever again

Understaffed didnt take the time to refill Soda machine while customers were waiting for soda rushing customers out the door Im trying to make them order to go instead of letting them stay in the lobby I feel the failure for this business is the management not the employees

I cannot image a place being worse without actually trying to be a horrible establishment. Extremely slow... Every time and they get the order wrong almost every time as well. Its fast food, I get it but it honestly doesnt have to be THIS terrible.

Food and service is always good, no complaints. Its BK so if youre reading reviews you dont really need to know much else than that. Either youre broke or short on time. Or you just really like fast food. Either way its better than McDonalds.

By far the worst service Ive ever had from anywhere, the people are rude and disrespectful. They couldnt even take my order properly and when I called to ask for the corporate number they hung up on me twice. Ill never go back!

The staff here are always prompt, paying attention and clean in appearance. Never run out of menu items. The manager Becki is the best Ive ever seen in a fast food restaurant Shes incredibly kind and always working hard!

The past two times Ive gone here for breakfast the same thing happened. I waited in the front parking lot for almost 15 minutes. Twice now. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because the staff was friendly.

Very poor. No ice for drink, no straws, over 10 min Waite and still the order was wrong with no bacon in bacon burger then they forgot milkshake with order. Poor management for sure
