Go next door to Carls Jr!! I ordered the #4 cheeseburger only but was rang up for the Jr Jack instead. I told the cashier that the cheeseburger i ordered should have been like $3 more. She didnt really speak much English so the manager stepped in and gave me my food claiming the order was now fixed and told me to not worry about the price difference. I drove all the way home before I realized that she just stuck the cheap $1.50 Jr jack in the fancy jumbo jack cheeseburger box to make it look like they fixed the order! It was tiny and thrown together with one patty, one slice of tomatoe, 2 pickles and a mound of lettus.. and most importantly, it couldnt pass as the cheeseburger i ordered because it didnt have any cheese on it.. I drove back but decided to stop at Carls Jr instead and I got a giant, good quality burger for nearly the same price as the cheeseburger I tried to order at jack in the box.

Filthy in all areas, only one person looked like they knew what they were doing, then the Manager walks up in the middle of us giving our order and starts talking to the cashier and then had her walk to the back where Im assuming his office is, without either of them saying one word to us. We waited 6 minutes for someone to come finish our order and nothing. Another customer came up to the counter and got one of the girls attention and said he was missing a small order of fries. She looked at his order ticket, said oh and walked away..... check this.... never came back or said another to him!!! Good grief! We finally walked out. NEVER going there again as this is about the 3rd time that something happened at our expense and Im done.

Burger was very Sloppily put together. Didnt appear the employee gave much care about his work. Has enough mayonnaise on it for 4 burgers. It had a piece of bacon the size of a postage stamp. The night manager they used to have was awesome but apparently he is gone now. The 2 guys running the place tonight were worthless. Dont go here. Might as well have flushed 3 dollars down the toilet.

My wife and I had a good experience with this Jack in the Box! We especially enjoyed our order taker, Kaylee, who was very competent, confident, and helpful in helping us figure out what to buy. Thanks, Kaylee! Our only complaint was that it appeared that most of the tables had not been cleaned off after their last use. But the friendliness, prices, quality of food were all great!

We came inside and the cashier told us she would be right with us. She then started working the drive thru. We waited for 15 minutes while she took orders from the drive thru and delivered food to those in the drive thru. Two more customers came inside the store and she never even talked to them. We finally left after 20 minutes without even ordering food.

I go there frequently and use the drive thru and half the time I dont get my order or the food is not cooked all the way. Called to say I didnt get part of my order she apologized and gave me an excuse and it took 20 minutes to anwser. But it happens all the time its a shame the other location that has great service is to far.

If I could give no stars I would. Service was terrible!!! Who the hell doesnt have curly fries to start with or Croissant Bread. Like seriously? Couldnt understand what the speaker was saying and when asked to repeat they yelled at us. That is not the costumer server any worker does.

Terrible customer service, order was wrong and the dude didnt put the lids on the coffees, he spilled coffee all over driver left hand and body,twice. and the hash browns were soaked in oil together in one sleeve for a two order meals. No sugar, no napkins, no service.

I ordered 2 Jacks Brewhouse bacon burgers at the drive thru, I took them home only to find out that the buns have poppy seeds on them! Were both state government employees, subject to random drug tests so we had to use our own hamburger buns! What where they thinking?
