horrible...ordered and paid for sandwich online($9.53)..grandmthr picked up sandwich,they had her paid again, different amount ($12.43)..I called them ,said they would credit my card back, instead, they charged me again ,this time $11.48...we have spoken with the mgr 3 time now and still has not been resolved..she also refused to give me the owners name as well as explain why 3 different charges in different amounts..we went into the shop on , mgr not there but spoke with her on phone all she kept saying was "why are you so pissed off?"..showed the bank charges from bank statement to person in charge, he seemed sympathetic but said would give her my phone # again..when I spoke with her yesterday,she said would call grandmother Wednesday morning..did not..............I would not even buy a bottle of water from this place.....poor business practice !!!!!

There isnt one good thing I can say about this place. We ordered delivery online....1 1/2 hours later 45 minutes after they said it would be delivered) we called and were told they didnt have anyone that could deliver our order.....hmmmm one would think the right thing to do would be to call the customer and let them know????? Nope, not here, not where there is absolutely NO customer service. We even called the manager to talk about it and.....waiting.....still waiting! The sandwiches arent that great.....Go to Jimmy Johns, fast, friendly delivery. This particular Quiznos sucks and I will blast them on every review I possibly can.

Thursday February 25th 2016. I looked up online to see when the hazeldell store closed and it said they closed at 9 pm. I looked it up on my phone at 7:44pm. I stopped to get gas then I pulled up to quizonos at 8:02 pm and there was a woman locking up the shop. Was extremely disappointed. I dont think quizonos will last much longer. Especially if they lie online about what time they close or they decided to close early because its slow. You find things to do until closing time. So if you close at 8 pm, change the time online so people dont get their hopes up.

The customer service is terrible at this location. Very rude and unfriendly! The first time I went there I thought maybe the woman was having a bad day. Hey we all have those right? Well After going the 2nd and third time I realized that being rude must be normal for her. Its unfortunate because I love the sandwiches but will not be going back to be treated so poorly.

Ordered online tonight the 12 not knowing they actually close at 8 and the Asian girl working was amazing she stayed 45 minutes later making our food and waited till we picked it up super great customer service next time Ill make sure t know when places close my bad we really appreciated it THANK YOU AGAIN

The staff always take really great care of me. When I walk in they greet me by name and already know what I want and how I like it. The subs are really good with lots of flavor. There are other sub shops closer to me but this is the only one I go to.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had from any place. Took my sister for her birthday and the co_worker named Lucy was so rude to not only my sister but me also. Couldnt even give me her managers name and tryed to over charge me for soup.

I was very dissatisfied with the items I ordered, they didnt let me know there were onions on the French dip or horse radish sauce, who puts that on a French dip? I didnt have enough auj ju to dip it in & it tastes awful!!!
