By the way this is under my boyfriends name but I the girlfriend am the the one making this complaint ordered pizza from work because my boyfriend stayed home with my three kids because my tire on my car blew out so I couldnt take them to daycare. I just wanted to do something nice for my family since I would not be home to have dinner with them:( I was quoted $32.00 over the phone and on my way home my boyfriend said it was $39.00 and he tipped the guy $3.00! SO I was upset by being overcharge and we call them to get our money back and notice they NEVER gave us a receipt hmmmm I wonder why...Then the manager Holly says she doesnt know what to tell us...I dont know what kind of customer service this is nor coming from a manager at that....They couldnt give us a real day and time that the ACTUAL manager was available then they confirmed how much it SHOULD HAVE COST which was ACTUALLY $30.00 which is the third different quote now:( Now I have to drive and use my gas to hunt down a manager at the store because they said they couldnt do anything about it.....wow and we thought this as a family pizza parlor we go there all the time BUT we will no longer continue our business with them...ZAPPOS OR FLYING PIE IS BY FAR WORTH THAT PRICE and the saddest part is my 11 yr old son paid from his wallet since I was still at work so they really took advantage of my family. Hurts my feelings that people can be like that or any reliable business for that matter.

I recommend to not waste your time with this store...Heres why...this store has the worst possible customer service. Because of this my WHOLE household last night decided that Dominoes has WAY better customer service and theyll always deliver an hour faster than pizza hut.We are boycotting Pizza Hut and will never waste our time ordering from them again. Ive ordered...Im not kidding...5 times in a row from this store between 8-9pm and I have ALWAYS received a call back saying they are out of everything except thin crust and pan pizza. Theyre excuse to me was, "sorry, were always busy every night" I was understanding the first couple of times, but enough is enough. But GUESS WHAT... If you know youre constantly busy then ORDER MORE SUPPLIES and hire more people since theres plenty of them unemployed out there. There is NO excuse to consistently run out of ingredients. Not only that... but whenever we ordered in the past...it always took them.....again, Im not kidding...1 hour and roughly 30 minutes to deliver our order. I live 1 mile away... ONE mile, I could go to Papa Murphies, bring my pizza home, pop it in the oven, and have it finish cooking at least 40 minutes before pizza hut completes their order and delivery. Dear Pizza-hut, You are losing your regular customers, think about it. Is it worth it? Customers first. Ive had enough. This is ridiculous.

Ordered online recently. Ordered a bbq chicken pizza with pineapple, onions, bacon, and NO bbq drizzle. Went in to pick it up and the African American man grabbed the pizza for us. When he opened it up, there was NO bbq sauce on it at all, and he goes "oh we forgot the bbq drizzle, Ill put that on." I said "we dont want the bbq drizzle" and he did it anyways. Then he grabs a fork and knife and starts digging in 3 different pieces of pizza, trying to find bbq sauce. When he realizes there is none, he takes $3 off our order and sends us on our way. Then the last time I got pizza from them, the same guy was working and forgot to put the pineapple on the pizza and when I went back in and told him, he gives me a side of pineapple instead of offering to fix it. Biggest a**hole Ive ever met. No customer service whatsoever!

Ordered a pizza Saturday evening for carry out. 3 Toppings. Pizza was almost ready when I got there. When I paid my order was read off to me. Yep correct. When a different guy brought it out he opened the box and read off ingredients. Yep correct. Guess I didnt look to carefully because when I got home it was missing the ham. Really! One job, 3 toppings. I live 35 minutes away so no going back. Done with this pizza hut. I will go to Gresham from now on. Farther but they seem to be able to get it right.

when i called they were willing to wait till the group decided what we alll wanted the food was delivered in a matter of 15 mins they came to the door with a big smile and brought us paper plates and napkins they were nice and polite not what i expected from a chain food the pizza was so good full of cheese and everything we asked for it wasnt burnt or cold congrates we will be getting more from you soon

I dont come here a lot. But I have ordered pizza from here a handful of times in the past few months. They are always so friendly and the manager is super nice. Tonight they put the wrong sauce on my pizza and I called in to get it fixed. The manager was very kind and voided the whole order, remade my pizza, and added a free item. I will for sure be coming back again and again. I love this location.

Ive ordered from them a lot and if they get something wrong they go out of their way to fix it. I had a driver forget my sauce but drive the 20mins to give it to me. Mistakes happen but theyre really great about fixing them. (And when you order online make sure you look at the store address, that pops up a few times, before you submit your order. User error is not their fault.)

Oregon City Pizza Hut is BEST Pizza Hut Ive EVER been to! David, the manager is AWESOME. They made a slight mistake on our order and David went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Because of him I will return again and again... and tell all my friends about it! I hope that his higher ups know what an asset he is to their company, and compensate him accordingly!

Ordered from the lobby a year ago, waited 45 minutes for my pizza. There were no other customers, and no delivery drivers coming or going. Tried my luck again today and ordered delivery, it took over an hour and the pizza was cold. I only live 3 blocks from this location. Boo. EDIT: Even the 5 star reviews on here say that they forgot stuff or messed something up.

They call us right when it is suppose to be there and tells us some random excuse why they have to remake our pizza and it will be another 30min!!! This has happened the last two times we have ordered pizza. Love Pizza Hut but they lost a customer because of this store.

We ordered an all meat pan pizza and chicken wings to be delivered. We received a medium pizza with sausage, olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. The chicken wings were correct. We have been your customer for years, and would expect better service.

I will never order pizza from here again, I ordered at 9:23 and didnt get my pizza until almost 11pm, and by the time it got here it was cold. They offered to take 10 dollars off but honest as cold as my pizza was it should have been free.
