MOD concept is great. Build your own pizza or salad, reasonable prices, good drink options. However....this location has been really frustrating from the start. We assumed it would speed up once it was open for a few weeks or months. But no. Its like they dont have a good training protocol because its consistently slow and awkward. People making the pizzas are always checking the door to see whos coming in so they can yell "welcome to MOD" while you have to repeat what you just said because they werent listening. I have to think theyre told to do that because its consistent. Weve been to his location at least 10 times since it opened. Also, of you get a salad and want chicken on it, the chicken is in some stage of thawing from being frozen. Perfectly fine for putting on a pizza to be cooked but on a salad it either icy or very very cold as soggy. Not appetizing. Ive mentioned it before and was met with "yeah, it comes frozen."

This was are first time getting mod pizza. The pizza was pretty good for the price. We actually order on line which was simple and convenient. The only thing they really lack is customer service. I dont know if its inexperience or bad training on the person who greeted us. There were no signs stating where to go if you were picking up. The person who greeted us was snarky as if we didnt understand the protocol. However, there was a another person there who said he was willing to help us. I dont know his name but with his kindness I will give mod pizza another try. Just a heads up, word of mouth is your best advertisement that can make your business. I work for Legacy hospital. Most of the people there will try a place by word of mouth. Thats why we wanted to try your pizza because I was told that mod pizza was really good from anothers coworker. Maybe I should of ask about the customer service also.

First time with Mod and it was very good. Line wasnt too long and they were able to quite me through it! The possibilities are nearly endless!! They were able to easily accommodate my restrictions of gluten and dairy free. Toppings were all fresh and the topping bar was clean. The staff did change theirs gloves when they started with me but cross contamination could easily happen as they go from topping to topping. Since I dont have any severe restrictions it was ok. The salads looked excellent. Two people could easily share the bigger 11 inch and be plenty full. They are serving beer and wine, although limited but it was good (local). Staff was keeping the areas clean as they were going which was nice to see. Pizza was well cooked, nice crispy crust, even though I loaded the toppings with veggies. Look forward to coming back and seeing what else I can do here!

EAT ONLY IF YOU DARE- ate here for the first time two days ago. This morning is the first time i have not vomited or been otherwise ill since eating the food offered at this location. Really makes you wonder what THEY ARE PUTTING ON YOUR PIZZA since its not going to be the extra cheese or other toppings youd like (see others reviews of this). Maybe the other locations are less rude or at least sanitary enough to eat their food. I wont be adventurous (or stupid) enough to find out since my experience has already been that eating their food will result in a possible trip to the ER.

LOVE how customizable the pizza was. I also appreciate the pre-selected options. Very reasonably priced. Weve gone inside once and waited nearly 45 minutes. Not because of bad service, they were just incredibly busy. The next time, we ordered online, super easy! The one downfall of ordering online that I found was that I couldnt do 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. You can easily do that inside. Thats a great feature in our family, where we like very different pizza options.

This location is the first one to tell me that I couldnt put ingredients in between the crusts. I wont return to this location. Ill go somewhere else. Buffalo wild wings and five guys are super close. The thing is that my mod has spinach and garlic on the inside. So anyway mod pizza is great this location needs to learn from its sister locations.

Craving thin crust personal pizza but dont want to wait? Order a mod and customize it from the crust up! Dont be shy to ask what something is or to ask for many different toppings. I personally like a garlic rub base to start with lots of different toppings. Dont forget to add sauce after it comes out. I recommend BBQ.

Pizza was okay but nothing special. I was more disappointed that the place was dirty and no one was wiping off tables or picking up the trash near the soda fountain. One of the employees was obviously sick as he kept coughing while making pizzas. He should have been sent home.

Not only is the food great and the employees amazing, this place has heart each pizza has a story behind it. They support each community they open up in and love their employees like family. Its a great place to each with the freshest ingreedience and an awesome place to work.

I really love Mod pizza... the rice is good for what you get. This is my local one. Sometimes though the wait to get the pizza made is really long. I would rate 4.5 just because of wait times but I cant fault them because they are popular... Well done guys!

My new favorite addiction! The pizza is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The amount of toppings available is what really sells it though, you can make so many combinations that you would never find anywhere else. So delicious!!

Build your own pizza with all the toppings you want for a very reasonable price. They have a nice atmosphere that is clean and the staff were friendly. They also offer a good variety of iced teas. Good option for a quick bite.

When making my pizza the lady said I wasnt allowed to get extra cheese where I wanted it and made a big deal about it. I also didnt appreciate them making fun of my pizza when I was standing right there. Very unprofessional.

Normally I would give MOD five stars, however his location kinda slacks in the customer service area, and the girl who made my pizza gave me the least amount of each topping Ive ever had. Literally ate just crust tonight.

Great tasting pizza. You can customize the pizza however you want with no up charge for extra toppings. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended when the entire family wants pizza, but cant agree on the toppings.

Really happy MOD opened a store at this location. Ive been going to MOD for a couple yearsand love their Pizza and the way they do business. Simple menus, one price, whatever you want on the pizza.
