This is my 3rd time visiting this place and MY LAST! or maybe next time ill call to make sure "Miranda" isnt working before I order. 1st visit: Placed and order for a hot-n-ready and a crazy combo, got to work and they forgot my suace, no bigy was my fault for not looking. 2nd Visit: Ordered a meat trio, and a crazy combo, open the box before i left the store and IT WASNT CUT! ask to speak with the manager and "Miranda" the shift leader told me that i have to request for my pizza to be cut...WTF???? Instead of owning up to it and apologizing she made up an excuse. Ask to speak to her boss she said they have no contact number and I would have to leave a message. Left a message, store manager called me back and apologized. 3rd Visit: Today I called in my order for some a hot n ready and some "lightly brown crazy bread" with sauce. Picked up my order opened the box and there was NO SAUCE on my pizza so the middle was caved in. I asked the cashier why was this, she said because I ordered a well donw hot n ready....WTF??? no i ordered a regular hot n ready, so i asked for another pizza out of the box she opened them and ALL Of them had very little sauce, and i said....So i guess everyone ordered well done. She then said no< are pepperonis have been acting weird lately and that they are running low on sauce until the pther worker come in smh. Long story short, this is a good place as long as the shift leader Miranda" isnt working because every other time its great. but when she is there..... RUN or get a refund!

Customer Service is always GREAT when ever I go there. Pizza is pretty good, when its fresh & hot. But, as soon as the pizza cools, its not so good. Even reheating doesnt do much.
