Pretty disappointed with this place. I expected much better especially considering the Pizza is definitely on the expensive side. I ordered a 12" which seemed smaller, the toppings were pretty skimpy, the cheese even less, which only covered the middle 7-8" or so. I asked for no sauce, just to brush garlic butter on it. That does NOT mean drown the damn thing in it! The crust wouldve been pretty good if most of it wasnt wrecked by the copious amounts of grease/butter softening it so badly. You couldnt pick up a piece without streams of grease running down your hands, it was that bad. The only place the crust was good, nice and crisp but tender in the middle was the outside 2" or so...and thats because there was no cheese nor toppings on it. Nothing annoys me more than to pay a premium for a pizza that doesnt have toppings extending out to the entire pizza. Also, the wait staff seemed barely cognizant of what they were doing, although he repeated back one of my toppings correctly as pine nuts, when I checked the bill it showed pineapple. I had them correct it but it caused further delay. As to the ambience, if youre going to have to Rock and Roll theme, how about playing something other than the usual few dozen worn-out, overplayed stuff you hear on KGON? Get creative, play deep album cuts that really rock, stuff like Montroses "Rock Candy" Eltons "Street Kid" Blue Oyster Cults "Shooting Shark" and other gems never heard on the radio....

I ordered a 16 inch pizza & one of their chocolate chip skillet cookies. Uber delivered. The pizza arrived quickly and the driver was super polite. Thats where the night started to sour. We had to put the pizza back in our oven to eliminate the doughy texture. We then had to fix it up with our own spices as the sauce tasted like they just opened a jar of tomato sauce and slapped it on. On the plus side this gave us the opportunity to add some mozzarella as the cheese on our pizza was nearly non-existent. But we made do, and with the help of Parmesan & some extra chili peppers we got through dinner. Then came the cookie. The one that was supposed to be cast iron cooked. We specifically ordered ice cream on the side so it wouldnt be soggy and they obliged. However, in their attention to that detail, they forgot to actually cook the cookie. One could argue that they did have the dough under heat for a moment, but not any longer. I could literally squish my finger in it. Read that again.. SQUISH MY FINGER INTO THE "COOKED" DOUGH. When all is said and done, Im out $30ish. My night to relax and not cook turned into playing Dr. Takeoutfixer. I will not be wasting any more of my time/$$ and thought I would share my experience so that others can make a sound educated decision before spending their hard earned money. PS: I added 1 star for the delivery driver.

Pizza is Slightly Better then Average Franchise Quality, The Pizza Crust is flavorful and fluffy with the wood fire crispy bottom reason for average rating on pizza is the toppings they could be better tasted like they were processed and very skimpy! Food wait time 1 pizza 3 burgers etc. in the lounge was 20-35min was not using a stop watch not bad for how busy it was, The lounge was packed = great for social adults! I have a 2 drink rule no food by the time I finish my 2nd drink = to long! They succeeded in that hands down. The atmosphere is good for family and adults "No Hipsters When I Was There" so that makes up for the pizza/drink costs. Music could be louder for a rock bar! Lastly for the out of the way location = 3.5 stars. Another Note: On a busy night during peak shopping/eating hours and holidays parking can be tough as it is in a strip mall with a local medium box store etc.. The Burgers/Fries in my opinion are Average Dennys Type Franchise/Chain Quality. If they get their toppings fresh and gave a better servings & used read beef patties or better quality on burgers I would give 4.5-5 Stars. My Perfect Pizza would be a the Rock Crust & Atmosphere with Pied Piper Portions And Fresh Toppings. That Would Bump it to 5 Stars!

Theres a disturbing trend in new eating establishments that Ive picked up on over the last few years. They build overly large dining areas, but dont build an adequate kitchen or hire enough help to serve people in an acceptable amount of time. Such was our experience tonight at the new Kennewick location. We arrived before 5pm on a Friday evening, so they were getting busy but werent even at capacity. We waited for about an hour between the time we ordered and the time our food got there. I didnt have the pizza, but the people I was with liked it. Anybody who didnt have pizza, though, was disappointed with the quality and quantity of their meals. My pulled pork sandiwch was only moderately warm, and about the same size as something youd get in an Arbys. I counted 7 onion rings to go with it. The beer was good, though, and came in generous 22 ounce glasses. Im only giving this place 2 stars because of the quality of the beer and the friendliness of the wait staff, despite their load being spread too thin. If youre hungry and are contemplating the Kennewick restaurant, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Bobs. Youll get better food served more efficiently at a similar price.

I reserved a table through Open Table which was super easy to use. We arrived on 11/22 for a party of 6 for dinner & my daughters 7th birthday. She chose to go here because she gets to play with pizza dough. The service once we were seated was incredibly slow. When the food came out, my personal pizza was luke warm temp. It appeared that the food had been sitting awhile. The waitress was not very good in coming and asking if we were doing ok or checking in on us to let us know there was a wait, instead we just sat and waited. At the end of the meal, I inquired about if anything was done for birthdays. She said that they do the pizza cookie for birthday treats. So instead I asked for just a small single scoop of ice cream as a cookie would be way too much for a child to eat. Sure you can give away a cookie, but I get charged for a small ice cream, that seems odd to me. Anyways, we will still come here but I am hoping that we see an increase in the service. No manager or anyone ever checked on us and that was disappointing. ** Also it would be nice if you could update your nutrition guide on your website as it says coming soon... but appears that was awhile ago.

I was in today 5-14-2017 approx 1 pm. I had a lunch reservation for mothers day, it was my mother, son and myself, then was going to order to go as well due to my husband working, and couldnt be there. We received our drinks, and cheese bread. Right as we received our pizzas n pastas, my mother started to experience chest pain and numbness, we called an ambulance and she had to be taken to the hospital. In the mess of stress, my son breaking down, me trying to console him, emts attaching wires, ect. I have the waitress shoving the bill in my face, Im sorry that was least of my worry at the moment, I understand I have to pay for the food I ordered, but 60 bucks is not more important then my moms heart failing. I would of came back if needed. Its mothers day, I lost my grandmother 3 years ago on mothers day. I wasnt about to lose my mother too. It was just ridiculous, like money was so important, god forbid if I had to come back to pay. It was just so insensitive and rude. I couldnt believe it. We left the drinks, and some food we paid for, I had to take the pizza my kid had to eat.... I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else, truly disappointed.
