Worst banquet experience ever!! I recently held a Holiday Banquet Party for my company at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Tukwilla. We decided to have a buffet style banquet and paid for 40 people even though we were only going to have 35 people. Not everyone showed up, so we ended up having about 28 people. When I scheduled the banquet, I was told that there would be plenty of food to feed everyone. The party was scheduled to start at 6:00pm. There was no food out when we arrived and they didnt start bringing food out until nearly 7:00pm. When it appeared that the food was all out, I announced to everyone that they could begin eating. The line formed and then we realized that some of the serving trays were completely empty and food was still not out. How embarrassing! I had ordered Ceasar Salad for the banquet and we didnt receive Ceasar Salad. It was just lettuce with a bowl of croutons and dressing on the side. And then they brought bread out to all the tables of hungry guests and didnt leave any knives for them to cut the the bread. When they finally did bring out the food, it wasnt nearly enough and we ran out of food before the CEO, and all of the guests from our corporate office had eaten. When I complained that we needed more food, the server said "oh, yeah, we didnt bring it all out. You have more in the kitchen", Why would they not bring out all the food, and why werent they watching the food to make sure we didnt run out before they brought more. Worst service ever. The food was horrible. Noodles were dry and had no flavor. I was so embarrassed. I will never again eat at, never the less, hold a party at any Old Spaghetti Factory.

Horrible chairs that you sink into and that were narrow. First and last time ever at this place. In fact this is the first bad review Ive ever written! I took a lady here on a date and the wait was very long, Once we were seated 2 different people kept trying to take our order and were not communicating with each other. The waitress dropped our bread onto her tray and then got another one. When my date asked for ranch the (Im assuming manager) told her that they only have pesto with their salad and he told my date to close her eyes and pretend it was ranch. The food was bland and lower quality than Sharis. The price wasnt bad, Ill give them that. They sat us in front of some fake train up against a "head light" and when we left they kept asking us why we didnt eat everything and I didnt want to be rude so I told them I wasnt that hungry. On our way out the door some greeter kid was sticking his ass out in the air and another employee said "jessus dude we have customers" and then appologized to us. I couldnt help but laugh because this place is an awful joke on humanity.

Service was amazing!!! Tried the daily special which was a delicious take on the browned butter / Mazithra pasta. The addition of bacon pieces and sautéed mushrooms was fabulous! Ordered the three piece tenderloin in addition. Not a fan. The tenderloin rounds were sliced super thin, like 3/8-1/4" thick. I ordered it medium well, which probably was incredibly challenging to get right given how thin the pieces were. It was more on the well done side and slightly dry. The pieces appeared to to pan seared on one side and very pale on the other. Aesthetically unpleasant for me. The taste profile was completely off due to the use / over use of Italian seasoning on them. There was a thick layer that overpowered any flavor the tenderloin possessed. The manager graciously removed the item from my bill and I felt our server genuinely heard my concerns and feedback. The warm baked sourdough bread and butter is always yummy as is the creamy pesto salad dressing. Will always return for another visit but will pass on the tenderloin.

Overpriced, crowded and after our last experience, we wont go back. I chosen it because my child has a nut and dairy allergy and we can usually get plain chicken and plain noodles as a meal option, and in the past they have had popsicles as an alternative to the ice cream at the end. I asked the waitress to check that the choice for my child was safe. She said it was. After taking one bite, he said it tastes bad so he ate plain noodles. Then it turned out that they didnt have popsicles. So I paid way too much for plain noodles and applesauce. Soon after eating, my child started complaining of a stomach ache and throat hurting. I checked the restaurant webpage (which I recommend instead of relying on the wait staff) and it turns out that the plain chicken includes milk as an ingredient! Luckily my child only had a tiny nibble and got away with just being sick in the bathroom for an hour instead of an epipen and trip to ER. Yes, my fault for trusting the waitress but she should have referred me to the webpage if she didnt know the ingredients.

My husband and I eat here a few times a year and I actually do enjoy it. The service and food are usually pretty good---EXCEPT---they do this thing if you arrive within an hour or so of when they open. You check in with the hostess and say, "Wong, table for two, please." At this point the entire restaurant is 65-70% empty. The hostess says with no apology or explanation, "Thatll be a 10-15 minute wait." This has happened the last three times weve been here. I took pictures of all the empty tables as we---waited. Really? And they hostesses are never nice or apologetic about it, just kind of bleh-acting and rude. If you ask why you are waiting when there are DOZENS of empty tables, she responds in a very short voice, "We dont have servers for those tables." I could understand every once in a blue moon but EVERY TIME we come here. And a RUDE hostess every time? It always starts my visit out on a disappointed and frustrated level when thats how we are treated as we walk in the door.

I can not really review their food... heres why. We went in today at lunch time (12:15 ish) , fairly surprised to see not only was it not crowded, but actually far less than half the tables were taken. Waited patiently with 3 other groups for the hostess to hang up the phone and even acknowledge us. When she did speak to us, she asked our name and informed us it would be a 10 to 15 min. wait for a table. Quite frankly I was stunned and politely asked why since so many, in fact most, tables were in fact open. She did not even reply. She simply turned to another person standing there and asked their name. We left. If they have so little wait-staff that they cannot serve more than 10 tables during lunch time, then I suspect they have other serious issues. As we were leaving I heard the woman behind us asking the same questions, then saw her leave also. Perhaps they have great food, but the service is TERRIBLE.
